...Halloween [2 of 2]

:D
Here’s part 2.
Sorry for any spelling or grammar mistakes, I seriously completely rewrote this half overnight Wednesday night. (Thursday sucked… I was soooooo tired. haha) Anyway, I think I caught everything, but I probably missed some stuff.

If you haven’t read part 1 yet STOP READING THIS!!
I forbid you to read this half until you’ve read the first half. haha Its HERE

Done reading it yet? Sweet.
Then get ready for an adventure!

Part 2 – Love is watching someone die

Hayley woke and turned to face…no one. She sat up and looked around her room. There was no sign of Josh ever being there.
“Damn it!” She said, frustrated. It had all been a dream. A very, very nice dream, but a dream nonetheless. The party had seemed so real though…
Her sidekick vibrated on her bedside table, letting her know she had a text.
‘I’m coming for you.’ The message said.
‘Better lock your doors.’ A second message popped up seconds later. Hayley froze. Was this a joke? The sender was labeled ‘unknown’ and there was no option to return a message to the sender. She shook off her nervousness with a laugh and texted Zac.
‘Stop it buddy, you’re not gonna scare me.’ She sent.
‘Stop what? I haven’t done anything.’ Zac replied a few moments later.
‘Haha, no, not Zachary, he’s next.’ The unknown number texted. Hayley frowned.
‘Then tell Josh to stop.’ Hayley sent to Zac.
‘I thought Josh was with you…’ Zac replied. Hayley frowned. Maybe the party hadn’t been a dream after all.
‘Ah yes, about Josh…’ The unknown number texted seconds after Zac’s reply. She heard a pained grunt from somewhere outside her room and she felt her stomach tie in knots. She slowly got out of bed, heart racing, and shivered as her bare feet came in contact with the cold floor.
“Josh?” She said quietly. No reply.
“Leila?” She tried, looking for her roommate. Her phone buzzed again. She hesitantly opened the new text she had received.
‘No one to help you…’ it read.
“This isn’t funny guys!” Hayley shouted, getting scared. Her phone vibrated again.
‘Oh, but it is.’ She read.
‘Go on, go to the kitchen.’ The next text said. She cautiously walked into the living room, heart beating in her throat, and immediately noticed an eerie light coming from the kitchen.
She looked around for the source of the light and found that the refrigerator door was open, casting light over the kitchen. Her eyes moved lower and she screamed.
“Leila!” She cried. She ran into the kitchen. Leila was laying face down on the floor in a pool of her own blood.
“Someone help!” Hayley screamed as she rushed to her roommate’s side. She heard another pained grunt from behind her somewhere as she felt for a pulse.
“Shit.” Hayley said, shaking as she realized she was too late to help. Her phone buzzed signaling yet another message.
‘Josh is next, then you.’ it read. She threw her sidekick against the wall and watched it shatter.
“Josh?” Hayley called. For a third time she heard a pained grunt. She turned slowly and gasped. Josh was limping toward her, holding his side.
“Run.” Josh said breathlessly.
“Josh!” She said in relief.
“Go.” Josh said. “Now!” Hayley’s eyes lowered to the hand he had pressed against his side.
“Oh my gosh!” She gasped. There was a dark stain on his shirt and his hand was covered in bright red blood.
He took a few unsteady steps toward her again but had to lean against the wall for support. He was losing his strength at an alarming rate. He slid down the wall, leaving a blood trail along the way, and settled in a sitting position on the tiled floor of the kitchen.
“No!” Hayley cried. She knelt next to him and attempted to find where the blood was coming from and stop it. Josh pushed her hands away, coughing slightly.
“Josh…” Hayley said, there was now a trickle of blood coming from the corner of his mouth. He wiped his mouth messily and immediately began coughing up blood again. She cupped his face in her tiny hands and felt tears run down her cheeks. He was already going cold.
“Don’t give in.” Hayley whispered. She searched frantically for a phone to call for help. She picked her shattered sidekick up and dialed 911 but got no dial tone. Once again, she threw it against the wall in frustration and panic.
“Hang in there, please!” She begged as she watched his face go steadily paler.
“Don’t leave me!” She yelled. His pulse was slowing rapidly “Just hold on!”
“Be a good girl now and let me in.” A gruff voice called from the other side of the front door.
“No!” Hayley whispered as Josh closed his eyes. He reopened them a few seconds later and nodded to the pantry in the kitchen.
“I said LET ME IN!” The voice yelled forcefully. Hayley screamed in terror as the front door burst open.
“GO!” Josh yelled with all his strength. A darkly dressed figure entered the apartment.
“Please.” Josh said, nearly inaudibly. Hayley nodded, her sorrow momentarily forgotten in fear. At the last second she made a dash for the pantry.
“You can’t hide from me.” The figure said, looking around the apartment. Hayley shook as she caught a glimpse of the man through the slats in the pantry door. He had a Scream mask on and a large, bloody butcher knife in his hand.
She bit her lip as she looked at Josh against the wall. He was obviously struggling for air now. Each time he blinked, it took longer and longer for his eyes to reopen.
‘Open your eyes.’ Hayley thought to herself as Josh shut his eyes to blink again. ‘Open your eyes damn it!’ She whispered. Tears streamed down her face as his eyes remained closed. He slumped over and his head hit the tiled floor with a sickening thud.
Hayley’s eyes went wide and she sunk to the floor sobbing silently. She never even had the chance to tell him she loved him.
The dark figure laughed violently and towered over Josh. He kicked the guitar player hard, as if to be sure…
“N-no!” Hayley stuttered quietly as she realized he really was dead.
“Ah!” The man spun in his tracks and faced her. He had found her hiding spot. Hayley grabbed the closest thing to her, a can of soup, and waited as the man slowly walked toward her.
As he got closer, Hayley threw the door to the pantry open and raised her arm to hit the man over the head.
“Not so fast.” The man grabbed her arm, preventing her blow. Hayley let out a cry as the man raised his knife to her throat.
“I’m afraid this is the end of the line for you, Miss Williams.” The man said. She could hear a satirical tone in his voice.
“Time to die.” He said with a grin. She didn’t care. There was no point to living after two of the people closest to her had been killed.
She was ready.
He pressed the knife against her throat, laughing manically…

“Hayley!” Josh shook her. “Hayley, please wake up.” He tried again. She had been screaming and crying in her sleep and he had been trying to wake her up for minutes now.
“Hayley!” Josh said, louder. Her eyes shot open and she looked into his eyes.
“Josh!” She gasped. Without warning she jumped on top of him and hugged him tightly. “You’re ok!” She said, tears still running down her face.
“I’m fine.” He soothed; she was shaking uncontrollably. “I’m fine.”
“What…” Hayley paused, pulling away from him and wiping her eyes. “Why are you here?” she asked. Josh looked confused.
“Uh, well, you brought me here after the party…” His voice faded away.
“Wait, that wasn’t a dream?” She asked, a small grin creeping across her face. Josh shook his head.
“There’s no scream-man though right?” Hayley asked.
“…Not that I know of.” Josh said slowly.
“I had a dream that some dude in a scream mask killed you and Leila and he was trying to kill me.” Hayley explained.
“I told you we shouldn’t have watched horror movies before bed.” Josh laughed. Suddenly memories of that night invaded Hayley’s brain. She and Josh had decided have a horror movie marathon while lying in her bed. She must have drifted to sleep in the middle of one.
Hayley smiled broadly as she remembered what had happened before their movie marathon. Images of Josh… Hayley blushed at the thought. Josh laughed, knowing exactly what she was thinking about.
“Hayley? Are you alright?” Leila’s voice called from the other side of her bedroom door. Hayley jumped out of bed and opened the door, hugging her roommate tightly.
“I had a dream you died!” Hayley said quickly.
“Ah! I might if you don’t let me breathe!” Leila gasped for air. Hayley loosened her hug with a laugh.
“Sorry.” Hayley said. A muffled crash came from behind her.
“Oops.” Josh whispered. He had tripped and fallen over his pants, which happened to be strewn across the floor along with the rest of his clothing.
“Oh! Er…hi Josh…” Leila said awkwardly as she spotted him pulling himself off the floor at the foot of Hayley’s bed. He was wearing only his boxers.
“Hi Leila.” Josh replied, blushing deeply. He quickly found his shirt and pulled on. Leila raised an eyebrow at Hayley and grinned.
“Leatherface?” She asked quietly.
“Shut up!” Hayley giggled.
“I’ll just uh…be going now.” Leila smiled. She winked at Hayley and hurried out of the room.
Hayley turned to face Josh and wrapped her arms around his waist. He glanced at the digital clock on her bedside table and smiled, it was officially October 31st.
“Happy Halloween.” He whispered before capturing her lips in a sweet passionate kiss. Hayley grinned and guided him back to the bed with a smirk.

And that is the conclusion of my first ever one shot! :) Hope you enjoyed.
THANK YOU to everyone who commented on the first half. :)

The Night Before... [1 of 2]

Ok, Paramore Halloween one shot part one!
I'm still not entirely thrilled with this half of the one shot but
HERE WE GO!

Part 1 – Your lips give you away

Hayley couldn't believe Bekkah had talked her in to going to this stupid party.
It was the day before Halloween and Bekkah had planned a costume party. Hayley hadn't intended on going, she had just returned home from a tour and was exhausted, but Bekkah, being the smooth talker she was, had convinced Hayley to go.
Hayley sighed, and looked around her room. It was a mess. She didn't have a costume yet, and the party was due to start in a few hours.
So, naturally, she had thrown the contents of her closet and drawers into a nice mountain-sized heap on her bedroom floor.
"Hayley - Wow!" Leila, Hayley's roommate, said as she walked into the redhead's bedroom.
"Help!" Hayley cried. "I don't know why I agreed to this stupid thing! I have absolutely nothing to wear!"
"I thought you were gonna be some creepy movie character for Halloween." Leila frowned.
"The mask hasn’t arrived yet." Hayley said, annoyed. "So for the party I'm gonna have to be something else."
"What about a vampire?" Leila suggested. “This dress would be perfect.” She held up a tattered, but pretty looking black and dark red dress. “And they have those fake fangs that fit to your teeth at that costume shop at the mall.” Hayley frowned in thought.
“That’s so cliché though.” She sighed.
“Hey, I’m a witch. What’s more cliché than that?” Leila said. “Plus, there’s the whole Twilight thing.”
“Exactly!” Hayley rolled her eyes. “People are gonna be like ‘ehh you’re just promoting the movie.’”
“So wear a wig!” Leila said, frustrated. “Let’s go.” She grabbed Hayley’s arm and dragged her out the door.

An hour later, Hayley had a black wig pinned over her fiery hair, realistic looking fang caps on her teeth and about half a ton of makeup on her face.
“You totally don’t look like Hayley!” Leila laughed as she put the finishing touches on Hayley’s makeup.
“I look so stupid!” Hayley groaned.
“You look hot!” Leila said, carefully applying makeup to her own face. She had a cute black dress with purple accents on that fell to her knees, black and purple striped tights and a pointy witch hat with a purple ribbon around it.
“You’re looking kinda sexayyyyy!” Hayley giggled as she looked over her roommate’s outfit. Leila did a little dance, making Hayley double over in laughter.
"Come on, we'll be late." Hayley said. She adjusted the pointy hat on Leila’s head and pulled her out of the apartment.

Hayley grumbled to herself as she sipped her soda. She knew this was a bad idea. The party was fun at first, but now everyone was dancing away or off in a corner making out.
She didn't even have anyone to talk to. Leila and Bekah were nowhere to be found. She tried getting Zac to come over, he loved Halloween, and parties, but he was already at another party. Jeremy was gone somewhere with Sarah, Josh was helping his parents out with a party his little sister was having and Taylor wasn't answering his phone.
Even after seeing the guys non-stop for weeks straight, Hayley found she missed them. As much as she loved being able to have a break from the guys every once and a while, being away from them made her realize how much they meant to her.
“You alone too?” A voice startled Hayley out of her thoughts.
“What?” She asked. “Oh, yeah!” She hollered over the music. A guy with a Leatherface mask from “Texas Chainsaw Massacre” now stood in front of her.
“Great costume!” She laughed.
“Great movie!” The guy replied with a smile. His voice sounded vaguely familiar, but Hayley couldn’t quite put a name to the voice with the loud music interfering.
“My friend…” Hayley started, she was about to say that Josh loved the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie, but she didn’t want to scare this guy away. She could use a friend for the night.
“What?” The guy yelled.
“Nothing!” Hayley replied.
“What’s your name?” Leatherface asked. “You look kind of familiar.”
“Call me Bella!” Hayley giggled. She was beginning to really enjoy the fact that no one recognized her with her black hair, pale face, and fangs.
“Ok Bella, Wanna dance?” Leatheface asked.
“Sure.” She smiled. He took her hand, lead her to the pseudo-dance floor in the living room and off they went.

“You and Leatherface over there seem to be getting along!” Leila said as Hayley made her way over, Bekkah close behind.
“He’s a good dancer.” Hayley smiled.
“Who is he?” Leila asked. Hayley shrugged.
“No idea. Someone from school I think.” She chugged some soda. “I recognize his voice but I can’t quite tell who he is.”
“Wouldn’t it be great if it was Jackson?!” Bekkah asked excitedly. Hayley blushed, she and Bekkah had both crushed on him in their early high school years.
“I don’t think its him.” Hayley replied. “Gotta go!” She smiled.
“Enjoy yourself!” Leila winked. “And make sure you get his real name before you jump into bed with him!” She yelled as Hayley walked away.
Hayley rolled her eyes and laughed as she headed back to her mystery man.
She didn’t know what came over her, but she wrapped her arms around his waist and pulled him close, dancing slowly to the music. He eagerly placed his arms around her and danced along, grinding his hips into hers. Hayley grinned as she felt butterflies in her stomach. She lowered her hands to his hips and pulled him closer. She could have sworn she heard a moan escape his lips.
“You know, you make a pretty good looking vampire.” Leatherface said.
“What?” Hayley yelled over the music.
“I said you’re hot!” He yelled. As soon as the words left his mouth, the power cut. Hayley pulled away from mystery man and looked around but it was no use, everything was pitch black.
“Crap.” She heard Bekah mutter. “Be right back!” She announced before to the basement to check the fuse box.
Hayley turned back to, where she assumed, Leatherface was and jumped as his lips crashed into hers. She grinned into the kiss and wrapped her arms around his neck. He was an amazing kisser.
Hayley felt her knees go weak as his tongue explored her mouth. She had never felt anything like this before. She pulled back and gently bit his neck. Her fake fangs dug into his skin, making him moan in pleasure. He bent down and captured her lips in another lustful kiss, pulling her body into his simultaneously.
"Wow." Hayley whispered when they finally broke for air. By then, a few candles had been lit and Hayley could see that mystery man had his mask pushed halfway up his face. She smiled as she got her first glimpse of his real face. So far, so good!
"Spongebob?" the guy said, confused as he caught a glimpse of her teeth. Hayley felt her stomach sink, damn gap...
Wait, she DID know that voice! She suddenly felt very ill. It couldn’t be…
"Zac?!" She choked, placing a hand over her mouth. He laughed.
"Guess again." He said.
"Josh!" Hayley said at the same time, recognizing the laugh. She felt her face burn bright red.
"Yeah..." He pulled his mask off. Hayley’s eyes went wide.
"Oh my gosh!" She said. Josh scratched the back of his neck awkwardly.
"Uh..." He began. "Sorry..."
Images of dancing with Leatheface...well Josh really...flooded Hayley's brain. She couldn't believe she hadn't recognized the voice she had heard nearly every day for the last five years.
Hayley felt her face go scarlet-red as she saw a small bruise begin to form on his neck where she’d bit him. She then groaned and shut her eyes as she remembered shamelessly grinding with him mere moments before.
She looked back up to Josh, but he wasn't there. She heard the front door shut and took off after him.
"Josh!" She called when she stepped outside. He turned around.
"I'm so sorry Hayley!" He said instantly. "I had no idea." Hayley looked up at him, not knowing what to say. She felt so confused.
Josh was like her brother. But the more she thought about it, the more she realized that he always made her smile, he was always there for her, he always knew what to say, he constantly made her laugh, he knew everything about her. He was the only guy she knew who could do all this and not annoy the hell out of her at the same time.
She loved the way he smiled, the way he trudged around the tour bus in a sleepy haze in the mornings, the way he always was at ease when he had a guitar in his hands.
He was nice, funny, genuine, hard working, passionate, and a real gentleman (not to mention a damn good kisser!)... just what Hayley always looked for in a guy.
When she pulled her head away from her thoughts and refocused, she heard Josh still rambling apology after apology.
"Shh." She whispered. Josh frowned and cocked his head to the side.
"Sometimes you try so hard to find something, you don't realize it's right in front of you." Hayley whispered, more to herself than to Josh.
She stood on her tiptoes and kissed him lightly. Josh wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed back hard, happy to be holding the woman he wanted most, even if he hadn’t known that woman was Hayley until tonight.
“Let’s get out of here.” Hayley smiled innocently. Josh raised an eyebrow.
“After you Bella.” He smirked and eagerly followed Hayley to his car.

Part 2 up tomorrow!

Made For Each Other Ch. 24

I made a "Wedding Edition" graphic.... hahahhahahhaha. I'm a dork.
Pretty dress though no?
ENJOY!!

“You ready baby?” Hayley’s dad knocked on her dressing room door.
“Just a sec.” Hayley took a deep breath. She was getting married!
“I have your something old.” Hayley’s mother smiled, holding out a strand of pearls.
“They were your great-grandmothers.” She explained as she attached them around Hayley’s neck.
“Here’s something new.” Josh’s mom stepped in and handed over a beautiful hairpin. Hayley carefully pinned it in her softly curled updo with a smile.
“Something borrowed.” Sarah stepped forward and handed Hayley an anklet. Hayley laughed and sat down to clasp it around her ankle.
“And something blue!” Bekkah pulled out a blue garter. Hayley slipped it on her leg and checked herself in the mirror one more time.
“Thanks guys.” She smiled at everyone.
“Lets get you married!” Audra said happily. Hayley cautiously opened the door to her dressing room.
“Wow.” Hayley’s dad smiled when he saw his daughter. “You look amazing.”

Josh stood at the alter waiting nervously. He didn’t think he had ever been this nervous, not even before his first show. His heart sped up as music began to play. Hayley’s bridesmaids and the flower girl, Hayley’s youngest sister, started down the aisle, walking much too slowly in Josh’s opinion. Once they reached the front, the music stopped.
Seconds later, the bridal march began playing and everyone turned to see Hayley. Josh held his breath as he waited.
His heart burst as he saw Hayley’s bright red hair. She looked stunning. She took her father’s arm and began walking down the aisle.
Josh couldn’t believe how beautiful she looked. Her dress was simple with a dash of Hayley thrown in. At the very top of the dress, running horizontally, was a thick stripe of green fabric, complimenting her eyes beautifully. The green stripe met in the back of the gown and cascaded down the dress with small pearl patterns sewn in.
Josh suddenly realized why Hayley had made him wear a green tie and vest; they were the exact shade of green that was in her dress.
Hayley couldn’t seem to wipe the grin off her face as she walked. She couldn’t believe how long it seemed to take to walk down the aisle though. Hayley couldn’t keep her eyes off Josh, she knew in that instant that she was marrying the person who was truly made for her. And, as an added bonus, Josh looked absolutely gorgeous.
Josh began to feel light headed as Hayley reached the halfway point, and finally remembered needed to breathe as she reached the end of the aisle.
He took Hayley’s hand and whispered, “You’re beautiful.” In her ear, making her laugh a bit. They turned to face the pastor and the ceremony started.

~*~*~*~

The ceremony flew by so quickly, Josh wasn’t sure he could remember all of it. He and Hayley spent the evening smiling at each other and chatting with guests. They barely had time to talk to each other. Both were desperate to leave the reception, get home and out of their stuffy clothes and just be with each other.

“Ok, can I get all the unmarried ladies to the floor for the bouquet toss please!” The DJ announced. Hayley grinned, the bouquet toss meant it was almost time to leave.
“Alright McKayla, get ready!” Hayley giggled. Audra was holding McKayla and the small six-year-old had her hands stretched out for her sister’s flowers. Hayley turned to face away from the group and tossed the bouquet over her shoulder.
“Dang!” She head McKayla whine. Hayley turned to see a shocked looking Audra with the bouquet in her hands. McKayla was still resting on Audra’s hip and she was reaching for the flowers.
“Audra!” Hayley smiled.
“I wanted those!” McKayla frowned, looking at Hayley.
“Ok, they’re all yours.” Audra smiled and handed them over. She lowered McKayla to the floor and watched her run off happily.
“Alright Josh, your turn.” The DJ said as Hayley sat on a chair that had been placed in the center of the dance floor. Josh kissed her cheek before kneeling on the ground in front of her. She hauled her dress up, revealing her leg, and Josh reached for the blue garter. He rocked back and forth, as if he was dancing, as he slowly pulled it down. Hayley laughed and shoved him playfully.
“Aayy!” Josh called victoriously as he stood up, holding the garter high above his head.
“Alright, time for the men to show their faces.” The DJ directed as a few guys walked to the floor. Hayley moved to the side of the dance floor to watch.
“Everyone ready?” Josh asked. After hearing a resounding ‘yes’ he threw the garter behind him. Everyone laughed as it landed square on top of Zac’s head. Zac grinned, reached up and pulled it off his head before anyone else could grab it.
“Hah! Figures.” Josh laughed. “Come on down Audra!” Audra blushed and took a seat in the chair.
“Glad I caught this!” Zac said quietly as he slipped the garter on her leg. Audra laughed.
“Me too.” She hugged him quickly.
“Aw, look at that, already hugging.” The DJ commented, obviously not knowing they were dating. “Alright you two, time to dance.” He began playing a slow song. Zac helped Audra up from the chair and wrapped his arms around her waist. After a few seconds, other couples joined in.
“May I have this dance?” Josh bowed in front of Hayley. She rolled her eyes.
“Dork.” She said. She took his hand and lead him to the dance floor. He put his arms on her waist and puller her close while she rested her head on his shoulder and smiled happily.
“I’m still mad at you for leaving me to worry last night.” She said.
“No you’re not.” Josh replied. “You’re a beautiful, glowing, happy bride.” He added. Hayley laughed.
“I love you.” She whispered.
“I love you too.” Josh smiled. “I’m the happiest guy on earth right now.”
Hayley grinned and kissed him slowly.
“I think you’ll be happier later tonight.” She whispered in his ear, raising her eyebrow suggestively. Josh nearly choked on his spit. Hayley giggled and rested her head on his shoulder again, enjoying the music.

Meh.

Made For Each Other Ch. 23 part 2

Enjoy...

“Don’t make me leave her.” He said. “Please.” He jammed his hand on the horn as hard as he could and shut his eyes tight, waiting for the collision that would surely kill him.

He heard a rush of air and a snapping noise, but the collision never came. He carefully opened his eyes as his car came to a safe stop. He turned to look behind him and saw the drunk driver still speeding down the road. Josh quickly pulled over and put his car in park.
“Fuck!” He yelled with a laugh. He was shaking hard, he had never been so scared. The drunk driver must have swerved out of the way at the last second.
Josh looked around, remembering a snapping sound as the car had passed him, and found the driver’s side mirror was gone. He had been that close to not being able to see Hayley ever again.
After regaining his composure, he checked to make sure he hadn’t lost the small book on his lap, put the car in drive and, carefully, continued his journey.

~*~

Hayley sighed; she couldn’t sleep. She was far too excited. In a few short hours, she would be married to her best friend. She looked around her bedroom and smiled. Her mother hadn’t touched her room since she had moved out. There were still posters and set lists on the walls and pictures of her friends everywhere. She grinned as her eyes landed on a photo of Josh. As she looked into his eyes, she felt a sinking feeling in her stomach. For some reason, she suddenly felt like he wasn’t alright.
She shook her head, blaming the feeling on pre-wedding jitters, though she wasn’t quite convinced. After a few uneasy minutes, Hayley heard a tap at her window. She stood, confused, and pulled back the curtains.
“Josh!” She smiled. He was sitting on a tree branch knocking at her window with a twig. She opened the window and stepped out of the way to let him in.
“I’m getting to big for this.” Josh grunted as he heaved himself through the window. Hayley hugged him tight when he stood upright.
“Why are you here?!” She asked. “You aren’t allowed to see me before the wedding!” Josh laughed.
“Blame Bekkah.” He said, handing over that small book that had caused him to leave his house at two in the morning.
“She dropped this off at my place this evening and I’ve been looking at it all night.” Josh smiled. Hayley took it and smiled as she flipped through the pages. It was a photo album, filled with images of she and Josh throughout the years. Each photo had handwritten notes from Bekkah above or below the image.
Hayley laughed as she found a photo of she and Sarah from her Bachelorette party. Sarah (and many others) had given Hayley lingerie as a bridal gift. In the photo, Hayley had put the sexy bra and panties Sarah had given her over her own clothes and posed for a picture.
“This is the one that made me come over.” Josh said as she flipped to the last picture. In the photo, he and Hayley were looking at each other. Their eyes were full of happiness and love. They were obviously oblivious to everything else around them, and it looked as if they both thought the only thing in the entire world that mattered, was the other person.
“Aw!” Hayley sighed. “I love this picture!” Josh nodded in agreement. Hayley turned and hugged him.
“You’re shaking.” She frowned. Josh shrugged. He didn’t want to lie to her, but he wasn’t about to tell her about his near-death experience, she didn’t need to worry about that. He pulled away from her and collapsed onto her bed with a yawn.
“You know, my mom is gonna freak if she finds you here tomorrow morning.” Hayley said, lying next to him. “You’re not supposed to see the bride before the wedding.”
“I’ll be gone before she sees me.” Josh said with a smile. Hayley cuddled up next to him.
“For some reason, I had this awful feeling that something was wrong with you a few minutes before you showed up.” Hayley whispered. Josh frowned and Hayley looked up at him.
“Well…” He started. “I’m fine now. So everything’s good.” He said, instantly regretting his word choice.
“Now?” Hayley said, furrowing her eyebrows. “What happened before ‘now’?”
 “Uh…drunk driver.” He said quietly.
“But its ok!” He said quickly as Hayley’s eyes filled with shock and worry. “No accident, just a scare. I’m fine.” Tears sprung to Hayley’s face and she hugged Josh tightly.
“Shh, it’s ok, I’m alright.” He soothed. He held her close and rubbed her back. After a few moments, Hayley shifted on the bed and kissed him hard on the lips.
“Never leave me.” She whispered.
“I won’t.” He smiled. He bent down and captured her lips in a sweet kiss. Hayley moaned quietly and kissed back, pulling at his lip ring with her teeth.
“Careful.” Josh whispered with a smile. Hayley grinned back and licked his lip gently.
“Hayley…” He said, closing his eyes. “You have to stop.” He continued. Hayley pouted.
“What happens if I don’t?” She asked, innocently. Josh smiled.
“Oh, you know.” He laughed. He leaned over her and kissed her again. Hayley took her chance and slid her hands under his shirt, scratching his back lightly.
“Hayles…please don’t.” Josh begged, trying to ignore a large part of his brain that screamed at him to go with what she was doing. Hayley sighed.
“Alright, be a party pooper.” She said with a smile.
“We’ll get to do plenty of making out tomorrow night.” Josh grinned. “If we start now, other…stuff will defiantly happen. We’ve waited this long, what’s one more day?”
“You’re right.” Hayley frowned. “As usual.” She gave him a quick kiss. Josh wrapped his arm around her and smiled as she rested her head on his chest. After a few peaceful moments, Josh kissed her lightly and stood up.
“Where the hell do you think you’re going?” Hayley jumped up as well.
“I have to get home.” Josh said. “Like you said, your mom would freak about me seeing you before the wedding. And I’m sure my mom will think I got cold feet or something if I’m not in my room when she wakes up.”
“No!” Hayley shook her head. “You’re not going back out there!”
“Hayley…” Josh sighed.
“No!” Hayley said, tears forming in her eyes again. “Please, I can’t lose you.”
Josh chuckled. “I’ll be fine.” He said. Hayley shook her head.
“Please.” She begged.
“How about I put you on speaker phone and talk to you the whole ride home.” Josh suggested. “Then you’ll know I made it safe.”
“No Josh, please!” Hayley frowned. Josh put his hands on her shoulders and looked her in the eyes.
“Everything will be fine, I promise.” He kissed her gently. “By this time tomorrow night, you will be Mrs. Farro and we will be sleeping peacefully in bed together. I have to go. I love you.”
“I love you too.” Hayley whispered, giving in.
“See you tomorrow.” He smiled.
“I’d better!” Hayley warned. Josh laughed and climbed out the window. Hayley felt a tear roll down her cheek as she heard his engine roar to life and she prayed he didn’t find any more drunks on the road.

Y'all didn't really think I'd go and kill him did you?!? hahaha.
I'm not entirely thrilled with this 1/2 of the chapter, I just kinda threw it together... hah
One (drama free) wedding coming up!!!!!! :D:D:D I'll try to update Tuesday.
THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR THE COMMENTS (and for not killing me!! haha)

Made For Each Other Ch. 23 part 1

I apologize ahead of time...

~10 Months Later~

Josh smiled as he drove to Hayley’s mother’s house. He glanced down at the digital clock in his car, 2:38 AM. His hand closed around the small book that had forced him to make his late night journey and he grinned. In a few hours time, he would be married to the woman of his dreams.
Planning a wedding while being on tour had been a nightmare. He and Hayley had nearly called the whole thing off several times, everything was so stressful and they always ended up fighting.
Josh let his mind wander off to one of their many fights on tour as he drove.
----------
“Well maybe if you gave a shit about this wedding, we wouldn’t have any problems!” Hayley yelled.
“Oh, now I don’t give a shit?” Josh yelled back. “Nice to know how I feel. I don’t think I could have figured it out on my own.”  Hayley sighed in frustration.
“No, you don’t give a shit.” She said. “If you did, you would be helping me plan, not running off to play like a freaking ten year old!”
“I’ve helped!” Josh fought back.
“No you haven’t!” Hayley yelled again. “You’ve done absolutely nothing! If were gonna get married, this has to be a team effort!”
“This is ridiculous.” Josh shook his head. “We were crazy for wanting to get married.” Hayley froze.
“W-what?” She asked. Josh sighed and turned to walk away.
“Joshua Farro! Don’t you dare walk away from me!” Hayley said dangerously. Josh didn’t turn back.
“Oh, that’s so fucking mature Josh! Go ahead, run away from your problems.” She followed after him. He climbed into his bunk and closed the curtain behind him. Hayley ripped the curtains open and Josh flipped over so his back was to her.
“You’re such and asshole!” Hayley spat. She stood and headed for the door, tears streaming down her face.

After cooling down for a few hours, Hayley made her way back to the bus. She could feel the anger steadily returning with each step she took closer to the bus. She stopped suddenly as she saw a white note card glowing in the light of a streetlamp. She bent over to pick it up.
“I’m sorry.” It said. Hayley scowled as a smile played at her lips when she recognized Josh’s handwriting. She crumpled the note card and threw it into a nearby trashcan, refusing to forgive him that easily. She reached for the door handle to the bus and found another note card taped to the door.
“Please forgive me.” This one read. Hayley shook her head.
“Not getting out of it that easily, buddy.” She whispered and opened the door. She rolled her eyes as she saw two more note cards on the stairs of the bus.
“I got dinner.” The first one read. Hayley shut her eyes as the smell of pasta invaded her senses. She shook her head and picked up the next card.
“We need to talk, come eat dinner with me.” It said. She sighed and climbed the stairs.
“Hi.” Josh said quietly. Hayley raised an eyebrow, refusing to talk. Josh was sitting at the small table on the bus with a single candle lit and two plates of food on the table.
“You’re right, I’m an ass.” Josh said. Hayley nodded.
“I’m sorry I haven’t been more helpful. And I’m sorry about what I said, I didn’t mean it.” He continued. “But you need to relax a bit. Stressing out is not good for you.” Hayley frowned and took a seat across from Josh.
“I know.” She sighed. “I’m sorry too.”
“I love you.” Josh smiled.
“I love you too.” Hayley replied. “Even though you suck.”
“What?! Why?” Josh laughed.
“I can’t stay mad at you.” Hayley answered. Josh grinned. He leaned in to kiss her and smiled when she eagerly returned the kiss.
“Where is everyone?” Hayley asked.
“Out.” Josh replied with a grin. Hayley smiled and pulled Josh up from his seat. He quickly blew out the candle on the table and followed her to the bunks.
----------
Josh was pulled out of his memories by two bright lights.
“What the hell?” He muttered as an oncoming car shifted in to his lane.
“Shit!” He screamed. The car was headed straight for him. He slammed on his brakes and swerved to the side. The drunk driver swerved as well, right into Josh’s path.
“No!” He said. The car came closer and closer at an alarming speed. Josh began panicking.
“Don’t make me leave her.” He said. “Please.” He jammed his hand on the horn as hard as he could and shut his eyes tight, waiting for the collision that would surely kill him.

I'm sorry!!
I was shaking when I wrote that... haha. Those...5? lines took me like an hour and a half to write... how sad is that?!
I SWEAR I'll have another update within the next 10 hrs!

October 25, 2008

FYI

I had the rest of Made For Each Other written but I just read it over and its...ehh. It lacks... something.
Sooooo the end of the fic is getting a MAJOR overhaul. It will be much better than the original (possibly ever so slightly longer too), but it might be a few days before I update.
I kind of have the next chapter written, but I want to make sure everything fits together smoothly before I post it. I'll try to get it up tomorrow if I can, otherwise it will probably be Tuesdayish...
Sorry!!
The one thing I do know, is that the next chapter will be exciting. heh heh hehhhh. :D

Made For Each Other Ch. 22

Another short, boring chapter. It gets better, I promise.

When the band reached New York on their tour, they met up with their families who had just flown in. The band had a few days off and decided to spend one of the days shopping in New York City and visiting with their parents.
Everyone piled into two taxi-vans and headed into the city. As the taxi drove by shops, Hayley looked out the window, trying to see which ones she wanted to walk back to.
“Oh my gosh!” She grabbed Josh’s knee as the cab stopped at a red light. Josh looked up and out the window to see what Hayley was looking at. He smiled as he saw a bridal shop.
“Excuse me.” He leaned forward to talk to the cab driver. “A few of us are gonna get out here.” The cabbie grunted and nodded.
“Go.” Josh said.
“Seriously?” Hayley asked.
“Yes, quick, before the light goes green.” Josh grinned. Hayley kissed him on the cheek and scrambled to get out of the van.
“Oh, I’m not missing this!” Audra got out as well, along with Hayley’s mother. Hayley stuck her head back in the door.
“Are you coming?” She asked Josh’s mom.
“Sure if you want me to.” She grinned.
“Of course!” Hayley smiled and moved out of the way so she could get out. Josh smiled and waived as the girls ran to the cab that held Jeremy, Taylor and their parents. Hayley dragged Sarah out of that van and they all headed to the bridal shop.

As soon as they had entered the shop, Hayley was shown to a consultation room with an attached dressing room. The consultation room had a rack on one wall to hold dresses and a pedestal in the middle of the room for the bride-to-be to stand on and get the full effect of the gown.
“Wow Hayley! That one’s gorgeous.” Sarah said as Hayley emerged from her dressing room, trying not to trip on the dress. She hated being so short; all the dresses were at least six inches too long, making them almost impossible to walk in.
“I don’t know…” She stepped on the pedestal and looked at herself in the mirror. “It’s kinda poofy. And really…white.” Sarah and Audra laughed.
“We can find cream colored ones.” Victoria, the employee working with Hayley, said. Hayley turned around, trying to see the back of the gown.
“Hold on, I’m gonna go find my mom.” She hopped off the pedestal and headed for the door. She poked her head out and looked around, not seeing her mother in the hallway.
“No way!” A voice said to her left. Hayley turned to see another bride-to-be in a wedding gown.
“Um hi.” Hayley said, not sure if the girl was talking to her or not.
“Oh my god! You’re Hayley Williams!” The girl said excitedly. She looked to be Hayley’s age, if not a year or two older. Hayley smiled politely and nodded.
“I’m Courtney.” The fan said. “Oh my god! Are you and Josh-” She searched Hayley’s left hand for a ring. “Oh…” She said when she didn’t see one. Hayley laughed and pulled on the delicate silver chain around her neck. She held it up to show Courtney as her engagement ring dangled from the necklace.
“I don’t wear it on tour. Too many questions.” Hayley explained. Courtney freaked out.
“Oh my god! Congratulations!” She squealed.
“Thanks.” Hayley laughed. “Congrats to you to!”
“When are you getting married?” Courtney asked.
“We haven’t picked a date yet, we’re really busy with touring so it will probably be a while.” Hayley said. “What about you?”
“This September.” Courtney smiled.
“Sweet.” Hayley smiled. “Well I should get going.”
“Yeah, ok.” The fan smiled.
“Oh wait!” Hayley said, getting an idea. Courtney turned around and Hayley grabbed her cell phone.
“Can I get a picture for the site?” She asked. Courtney grinned. “Sure.” The two stood next to each other and Hayley snapped a picture.
“Thanks.” Hayley smiled. “See you later and best of luck.” She grinned. Courtney nodded and disappeared into her room. Hayley immediately sent the picture to the band’s website with the caption ‘A fan and I at a bridal shop in NYC.’ Now everyone would know, or at least guess, that she and Josh were engaged.
“Excuse me miss.” An employee said as she wheeled a rack full of dressed by Hayley.
“Wait!” Hayley stopped the woman.
“How can I help you?” She asked politely.
“Can I try that one?” Hayley pointed to the rack.
“Of course.” The employee carefully pulled the dress off the rack and brought it into Hayley’s consultation room, hanging it in the changing area.
“Thanks.” She said as the employee hurried out of the room.
“Hayley, we’ve found a few more.” Hayley’s mother announced, entering the room with Josh’s mom and three dresses.
“I think I found it!” Hayley said excitedly, hurrying to the changing room.
She pulled the dress on and looked in the small mirror, playing with her hair and trying to imagine what she wanted it to look like on her wedding day.
“Hayley? Are you coming out honey?” Hayley’s mom called through the door.
“Yeah just a sec!” Hayley answered. She pulled her hair into a loose ponytail, letting a few pieces of hair fall out and frame her face.
There was an audible gasp from Sarah as Hayley emerged from the dressing room.
“Oh my gosh!” Audra whispered. Victoria helped Hayley onto the pedestal and busied herself with smoothing the dress out at the bottom so it hung neatly.
“What do you think?” Hayley asked her mother. She didn’t respond and Hayley could see tears in her eyes.
“I think it’s a winner.” Josh’s mom said, hand over her mouth. Hayley grinned and looked in the mirror.
“Yeah, I think it is.” She agreed. She jumped down from the pedestal and hugged her mom, who was now dabbing at her eyes with a tissue.
“So, this is the one?” Victoria asked when Hayley pulled back from her mother.
“Yes.” Hayley grinned broadly.
“Alright, if you could change into your normal clothes, I’ll begin with measurements.” Victoria smiled.

Thanks to parawhorextoxthexmax for help with the dress. You rock. :)

Made For Each Other Ch. 21

Filler chapter. Sorry so boring.
And sorry for any grammar/spelling issues. I just threw this one together. haha

“Jeremy! I totally forgot about this, look!” Hayley said as she reviewed the photos on her digital camera.
“What is it?” He asked, taking the camera from her.
“It’s from your wedding.” She smiled. “Audra recorded it.” Jeremy pressed play and smiled as he watched a video of Hayley dedicating a song to the newlyweds.
“Why do you build me up? Buttercup baby just to let me down.” Hayley sang in the video. Zac, Taylor and Josh were all singing backup. Jeremy burst out laughing as he watched himself take the mic from Hayley and get down on his knees in front of his wife.
“I need you! More than anyone darlin’, you know that I have from the start!” He sang. The video cut off as Sarah began dancing along.
“Wow, Sarah would love to see that.” Jeremy said, handing the camera back to Hayley.
“I’ll email it to her.” Hayley smiled.
“Time to head to your interview.” Will, Paramore’s assistant manager, announced.

“Well hello.” An interviewer said, sitting in front of the band.
“Hey.” Hayley greeted politely, the guys nodded.
“Ok so, y’all have just released your new record.” She said.
“Yeah, we’re pretty excited.” Hayley smiled. The record had come out a week ago and they were on a month long US tour to support it. The record didn’t release in Europe for another month so they would have a week break at the end of the US tour before heading to Europe.
“The reviews have been excellent.” The interviewer said happily.
“Really?” Hayley smiled. “We haven’t really had time to read any.”
“Well you guys did a great job.”
“Thanks.” Josh jumped in.
“So Jeremy,” the interviewer turned to him, “you recently got married, correct?” Jeremy grinned.
“Yeah.” He replied. “A few months ago.”
“Congratulations! How’s it going?” She asked.
“It’s going really well.” Jeremy smiled, thinking of his wife.
“It must be hard to be on the road without her.” The interviewer noted.
“Uh, yeah.” He said becoming slightly uncomfortable. He didn’t really like getting into his personal life. “She’s coming out to visit soon though so that will be nice.” The interviewer nodded.
“Alright, so, Hayley.” She turned to face Hayley. “How long have you been dating Josh?”
“Excuse me?” Hayley said, eyes widening in surprise. Josh leaned forward.
“Oh I just assumed, you’ve mentioned a boyfriend in one of the band’s livejournal posts and then I saw the picture.” The interviewer said smugly.
“What picture?” Josh asked.
“This one.” She pulled a piece of paper out of her bag. “It’s all over the internet.” Josh grabbed it quickly and looked at it. He frowned when he saw a picture of he and Hayley slow dancing at Jeremy and Sarah’s wedding. Her head was on his shoulder and she was smiling. Luckily, her left hand, and ring, wasn’t showing. She had removed her engagement ring for the tour, in an attempt to keep the press at bay, opting to wear it on a thin silver chain around her neck, hidden beneath her shirt.
“Let me see.” Hayley stood and grabbed the picture from Josh. She had sat as far away from him as she could get so she wouldn’t be tempted to hold his hand throughout the interview.
“What?!” She said in shock.
“Ok, I think it’s time for you to leave.” Will stepped in. Graham led the protesting interviewer to the door.
“We really have to tell them.” Josh said to Hayley.
“Yeah, I meant to post something earlier, but things have been so busy…” Hayley sighed.
“Sorry guys.” Jeremy said.
“Nothing to be sorry about, we shouldn’t have kept it a secret anyway.” Josh laughed.

Heyyyy,
Josh here. surprise! hah I know Hayley usually does the posts, but I decided to take over for once. (shh don’t tell. haha) So by now I bet you’ve all seen a certain picture floating around the internet. Yeah, I’m talkin’ about the one of Jeremy and Sarah shoving cake in each others faces. hah no not really, although that is a good picture. Don’t they make the best couple like…ever? I think so. Anyway, back to the reason I’m posting. Of course, I’m talking about the picture of Hayley and I dancing at the wedding. I’m here to confirm that, yeah, were (finally) dating. As of last September actually. (best early birthday present ever!)
We talked it over with the guys and everyone’s cool with it. I promise it won’t affect us as a band (in a bad way anyway, of course it’s gonna impact us at least a little). We’ll keep rocking hard, all we ask from y’all is for a little support. Paramore is still Paramore. That will never change. I don’t really know why we didn’t say anything sooner, I guess it slipped our minds because we were so busy with writing and recording.
Well, it feels great to have everything in the open now. I have to go get ready for soundcheck. see you guys at the show!
Josh
Edit:
Hey, Zac writing for me T and Jeremy here. Just want to say that we are all happy for Josh and Hayley. y’all have no idea how long we’ve been waiting for them to finally get together. haha. also, Hayley noticed a few of you were asking who the girl is I’m with in a few of the pictures that leaked from the wedding. Her name is Audra, that’s all I’m saying ;). k bye!
-Zatchell Wayne

“Josh!” Hayley cried, looking at her computer screen.
“What?” Josh looked up, tired.
“You updated without me!” She pouted. Josh smiled and nodded.
“Sorry.” He said with a yawn.
“S’ok.” Hayley grinned. She closed her laptop and huddled up next to him.
“I’m gonna go to bed.” Josh yawned again.
“Ok, see you in the morning.” She kissed him quickly.
“Narsty.” Zac called from the couch.
“Oh, sorry.” Josh said looking at his brother. “How’s this?” He pulled Hayley close and kissed her passionately.
“Eh! Come on don’t make us look at that!” Zac joked. Josh shook his head.
“Thanks for adding to the post guys.” Hayley said, sitting between Zac and Taylor. Jeremy smiled and hugged her from the side.
“Audra’s gonna die when she sees her name on our livejournal.” Hayley said to Zac.
“I think she’ll secretly be happy.” Zac smiled. Hayley nodded in agreement.
“Alright, night everyone.” Josh stood and kissed Hayley’s cheek. She laughed.
“Night.” He said as he headed to his bunk.
“You guys wanna watch a movie?” She asked.
“Yep.” Zac grinned. He jumped up to pick through the small DVD collection they had on the bus.

It's alright if you hate this chapter, I do too. hahaha. Stupid filler chapters...
I meant to update sooner but I've been busy with essays/tests (and mayyyybe I've been working on a special Halloween Paramore oneshot... who knows.) ;)
4 chapters left!! :O (plus a possible epilogue...we'll see where that goes)

Made For Each Other Ch. 20

Wow, chapter 20! :)

“Hayley Nichole Williams, will you be my wife?”
Hayley’s jaw dropped while Josh waited patiently for her answer. How could she have been so stupid? Of course Josh wouldn’t do that to her! He would never fall for another girl, let alone cheat. She felt like a complete idiot, she should have suspected he was being sneaky to plan something for her, not against her.
Hayley tried to say something, anything, but she couldn’t seem to find her voice. She finally gave up and nodded her head eagerly. Josh, still on his knee, grabbed her left hand and shakily pushed the ring onto her finger. He couldn’t believe how nervous he’d been.
Hayley lunged forward and kissed Josh hard on the mouth, knocking both of them onto the floor. They broke apart laughing and Josh gently pushed a stray piece of hair out of Hayley’s face. He kissed her softly and stood up, turning and holding out a hand to help her up as well.
Once standing, Hayley inspected the ring. It was incredible. Upon first inspection it looked simple, yet elegant. Just what Hayley liked. But if you looked closely, it was obvious that some serious work was involved in making the ring.
“Ok, you have to say something, this is getting weird.” Josh smiled.
“No.” She shook her head. Josh looked at her, panicking slightly.
"No? No what?" He said quickly.
“This is too expensive!” Hayley held out her hand. Josh laughed.
“You’re worth it.” He hugged her.
“I love you.” Hayley said into his shoulder.
“I love you too.” Josh said, rubbing her back.
“And I’m sorry.” She whispered.
“Sorry for what?” Josh smiled.
“I thought you were cheating on me.” She covered her face to hide her embarrassment. Josh laughed.
“What? Why?” He asked.
“You were being sneaky!” She defended. “And we haven’t seen each other much over the past few weeks.”
“Oh so that means I’m cheating?” Josh asked.
“Apparently it does…” Hayley laughed. “I’m sorry.”
“It’s ok.” Josh looked her in the eyes. “But, I would never cheat on you.”
“I know…” Hayley said, looking at the ground. “I’m so sorry.” She repeated. Josh smiled and kissed her forehead before pulling her into a hug.
“Hayley Farro…” Hayley mused. “I like it!” Josh grinned.
“We’re getting married!” He laughed. He almost didn’t believe it.
“What’ll the fans say?” Hayley laughed.
“Well, considering most of them don’t know we were dating, I’d say they’d freak.” Josh said. “But then they’ll get over it and be happy.” He predicted.
“Yeah, we have awesome fans.” Hayley smiled. “I’ve been hinting that there’s a guy in my life, so I guess it might not be a huge surprise.” She rested her head on her fiancée’s shoulder and smiled. She pulled back.
“This is my fiancée, Josh.” She introduced Josh to an imaginary person.
“That’s my new favorite word.” Josh laughed. “Fiancée.” He tried it out.
“Oh my gosh, I need a phone!” Hayley ran to her bag and pulled out her phone, dialing her best friend’s number.
“Hey Becks.” Hayley said, trying to sound casual.
“Hey Hayley!” Bekkah replied.
“I have a quick question for you.” Hayley smiled.
“Shoot.” Bekkah said.
“You know how I was your maid of honor?” Hayley began.
“Duh.” Hayley could practically see her friend’s eyes roll at the stupidity of the question.
“Remember how you promised to return the favor?” Hayley smiled.
Josh laughed as he head a scream from Hayley’s phone. Hayley held the phone away from her ear, grinning like a mad woman. She talked to Bekkah for a few more minutes before hanging up.
“Now for the parents?” Josh asked. Hayley nodded. She wanted to tell her parents in person, rather than over the phone. Josh made a quick call, telling his parents to meet him at a local restaurant with the rest of his siblings while Hayley called her mom, then her dad and did the same.

Hayley and Josh’s mothers hadn’t stopped crying since the two announced their engagement. Josh’s mom kept hugging Hayley, welcoming her to the family while Hayley’s mom did the same to Josh.
At one point, Hayley’s father took Josh aside, telling him to take care of his little girl. Josh assured him he would before bending down to pick up Hayley’s youngest sister who had been tugging at his leg all night. She was getting a little big to be held, but Josh lifted her with ease.
“Make Hayley show me her ring!” The youngest of the Williams clan ordered. Josh smiled and walked over to Hayley.
“McKayla wants to see your ring.” He informed. Hayley held out her hand for her sister to inspect.
“Good job Joshie.” She said, turning to Josh. Josh laughed
“Thank you.” He said lowering her to the ground. She hurried off to find her favorite boy in the world, Zac.
“I agree.” Hayley smiled, resting her head on his shoulder.
“I want to see!” Josh’s little sister ran over. Hayley held her hand out again.
“Wow!” She gasped. “I want one like that when I get married!”
“You are way to young to be thinking about marriage.”  Josh said. “Or about boys at all.” He added.
“I’m nearly in high school now!” She defended.
“Face it squirt, you’re never gonna date.” Zac said, walking over to the group and ruffling his sister’s hair. She scowled and smoothed it out again. Hayley bent down a bit and motioned for Isabelle to come closer.
“Tell your boyfriend I said hi and he’d better treat you well or he has these buffoons to deal with.” She whispered, motioning toward Zac and Josh. Isabelle laughed.
“How did you know?” She asked.
“Just a guess.” Hayley smiled. The youngest Farro turned and skipped away happily.
“What did you say to her?” Josh and Zac demanded together.
“Girl stuff.” Hayley smiled. “My lips are sealed.”
“Hayley!” Bekkah and Sarah called from the front of the restaurant.
“Oh yeah, I called everyone.” Josh smiled. Hayley grinned and kissed Josh lightly before getting smothered by her friends.
“Let me see!” Bekkah grabbed Hayley’s hand.
“Congratulations dudes!” Taylor hugged the two.
“Welcome to the club.” Jeremy said hugging Josh then Hayley.

Thank you soooo much to everyone who left comments on the last chapter. Made me feel special. hahaha :D

Made For Each Other Ch. 19

I'm actually super excited about this one for once!! It's one of my favorites. :)
ENJOYYYYY!!! :D and sorry its short. heh heh heh... ;)

Christmas and New Years flew by in a blur, and before any of them knew it, Paramore was back in the studio recording their new record. They only had a few songs written so far, but they had more than enough ideas.
Jeremy and Sarah would be married in a few short weeks, Zac and Audra practically lived together, and Taylor and his girlfriend had actually moved in with each other. Josh and Hayley on the other hand… well Hayley was beginning to think they were going nowhere. Josh was suddenly quiet and awkward around her and it was beginning to worry her. Had she done something wrong? Did he like another girl and he wasn’t sure how to tell her?
The more she though about it, the more she was sure that was the case. She had caught him making sneaky phone calls twice in the past week and she knew he had recently spent a relatively large amount of money on something. Probably a fancy dinner for this supposed girl he liked more than her.
No, he wouldn’t do that to her… would he?

Hayley and Josh sat in the warehouse where practice was held working on new material. Everyone else had already left but Josh wanted to stay and play around for a bit.
“That’s beautiful.” Hayley smiled, listening to the song Josh was playing on his acoustic. She sat on Zac’s drum riser, pulling her knees to her chest and resting her head on her knees. She closed her eyes and let the sweet music invade her senses, trying not to think about where her relationship may be headed.
“I kind of have lyrics for it.” Josh said as he stopped playing. He pulled out a wrinkled sheet of paper and nervously handed it over to Hayley. Hayley smiled, it wasn’t completely unusual for Josh to come to her with lyrics, but it defiantly didn’t happen all too often.
“It obviously needs some work, it’s ridiculously corny, but it’s a start.” Josh said quietly. Hayley read through the lyrics several times while Josh played around with her keyboard, waiting for her judgment.

Make everything fade away,
All I want is to be alone with her
Right now,
Right now.
Years and years went by,
My brain wouldn’t admit, what my heart knew was true.
Even on the darkest days,
Her smile brings sunshine.
All I’ve ever wanted, all I’ve ever needed,
You’ve given to me.
Loved me endlessly.
Every time I see you I know,
You’re the only one for me.

She opened her mouth to speak, but closed it again, cocking her head to the side. It almost looked like the first letter of each new line spelled out something if it was read vertically. She was sure she saw her name spelled out over the last six lines. She started at the top and read down, focusing on the first letter of each line.

Make everything fade away,
All I want is to be alone with her
Right now,
Right now.
Years and years went by,
My brain wouldn’t admit, what my heart knew was true.
Even on the darkest days,
Her smile brings sunshine.
All I’ve ever wanted, all I’ve ever needed,
You’ve given to me.
Loved me endlessly.
Every time I see you I know,
You’re the only one for me.

“Oh my gosh!” She gasped.
“Wow, you figured that out faster than I thought you would.” Josh smiled. She looked back at the paper in disbelief.
‘Marry me Hayley’ was written vertically, hidden in the lyrics. She looked up at Josh. He walked over to her, pulling a small velvet box out of his pocket. Hayley felt her heart stop as he knelt down in front of her.
“Hayley Nichole Williams.” He smiled and opened the box. “Will you be my wife?”

heheheeeee. Hope she says yes!
It took me for freaking EVER to come up with that crappy 'song' hahahaha. But hey, it gets the point across. hahaha

Made For Each Other Ch. 18

Enjoy. And thanks to everyone for the comments!!!!

Hayley sat in a desk chair inside Josh’s homemade recording studio. She, Josh, Zac, Jeremy and Taylor were working on a new demo for the next Paramore record. She had just finished her vocal warm ups and was waiting for her turn to record. The guys had just finished recording their parts and all that was left was to re-record one of Zac’s drum parts, record Hayley singing and Josh’s backup vocals.
When Zac finished playing the flubbed drum section, Josh put everything together quickly and played what they had so far back.
“Not bad.” Jeremy said, impressed with Josh’s setup. “It came out a lot better than the other in-home stuff we’ve tried.”
“Yeah, now we’ll have a better idea of what we want everything to sound like before we record for real.” Josh smiled.
“Hey, I have to get going.” Zac said, looking at the time on his phone. “I’m supposed to pick Audra up from class.”
“Ok, see ya.” Josh high fived his brother. “Nice work everyone.”
“I should go meet my girl.” Taylor stood as well.
“Yeah, Sarah and I have a meeting with the pastor in an hour, I should jet too.” Jeremy said.
“Alright.” Josh smiled. “I’ll work on this a bit more and Hayley and I will record the vocal tracks. Once it’s as good as I can get it I’ll burn CDs for everyone.”
“Sounds good.” Jeremy said as he and Taylor left.
“Ok.” Josh rolled his chair across the room and grabbed a mic. He wheeled back to the computer, plugging it in and placed it on its stand in the middle of the room.
“Let me get some headphones for you.” He plugged in some studio headphones and placed them on her head. She laughed and readjusted them to fit comfortably.
“Ready?” Josh asked.
“Hold on.” Hayley wheeled her chair close to him. She kissed him slowly making Josh grin happily.
“Ok, now I’m ready.” She said. She jumped up and stood behind a music stand, laying out her poetry book that held all her lyrics and other poems. Josh flipped the switch to the ‘recording’ sign, turning it on so no one would enter.
“You good?” He asked. Hayley nodded and focused on the lyrics written in front of her. Josh smiled and clicked the play and record buttons. She waited for the intro to end before singing into the mic.
“Ah can we try that again? She asked after messing up her first note. Josh nodded, restarting the song.

“That was awesome.” Josh said when she finished. He stood and kissed Hayley. She grinned and sang the first line of the chorus.
“That was awesome too.” He smiled, kissing her again. She sang part of the bridge.
“And that.” He whispered, kissing her a third time. She sang part of the second verse.
“I see where this is going.” He grinned.
“Hey! You have to kiss me now!” Hayley pouted. Josh laughed and kissed her. She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed back passionately.
“It’s too hot in here.” Josh said after a few minutes of intense kissing. He led her to the door.
They headed for Josh’s bedroom, closing the door behind them. Josh stepped forward and kissed Hayley, guiding her to his bed. Her knees buckled as she ran into it and both went crashing onto the bed. They shuffled to get more comfortable before Hayley pulled Josh on top of her.
(Yeah, little eyes, look away now... nothing more than making out, but still...)
She placed kisses along his collarbone and gently bit his neck causing him to moan her name. He returned the kisses sloppily along her neck and kissed her hard on the mouth. She played with his lip ring with her tongue, marveling at how cool the metal was against her warm tongue. Josh’s lips parted, allowing Hayley’s tongue to enter his mouth.
“I love you.” Josh whispered into her ear.
“Love you too.” Hayley smiled back. It was the first time she they had said it to each other aloud. They had said it plenty of times in texts to each other but never aloud.
She wrapped her arms around his waist and began tugging at his shirt. He quickly took it off and threw it aside. She grinned as she watched his muscles flex as he moved. Her fingers brushed along his abs, making his eyes flutter shut in pleasure.
Hayley’s hands roamed along his back before resting on his hips. She pulled his hips into hers causing both to groan at the contact. She was quickly loosing control of her inhibitions.
Josh began moving up and down slightly, rubbing their bodies together. She threw her head back, exposing her neck to his lips. He bit and sucked at her neck, still grinding his hips into hers. Hayley’s hand found its way to Josh’s hip and she gently ran her nails along what part of his lower abdomen she could.
“Oh Hayley.” Josh grunted. He kissed her hungrily. He thought things were getting a bit out of control but he couldn’t make himself stop.
After gathering an incredible amount of will power, Josh rolled off of her. Hayley stayed where she was, panting. She was afraid if she moved, things might go a bit far.
“We have to stop.” Josh said, gasping for air. Hayley sighed. She knew Josh was right but she really wanted to keep kissing him.
“I’m so close to ripping off your clothes right now its not even funny.” He admitted. “And I think we know where that will lead.” She nodded her head in agreement.
She turned to look at Josh. He had his eyes closed, and he was still breathing heavily. He had a thin layer of sweat blanketing his abdomen. Hayley’s eyes continued scanning his perfect body and she giggled when her eyes landed on a rather obvious bulge in his jeans. Josh turned to look at her when he heard her giggle and laughed when he realized what she had noticed.
“Yeah, you kinda do that to me.” He smiled, blushing slightly.
“Quick, put a shirt on before I jump you.” Hayley said. Josh laughed. “Seriously! I’m this close.” She held her hand to his face, showing a small gap between her thumb and pointer finger. He sighed and picked his shirt up off the floor. Hayley stood as well, not daring to go near Josh until she had her body under control.
“Let’s go finish the song.” She suggested.
“That’s how this all began.” Josh pointed out.
“Right…” Hayley thought. “Mall? Or anywhere else public.” She suggested. Josh laughed and put his arm around her waist, guiding her to the door.

~*~*~*~

“Hey Hayley.” Audra said as she entered their apartment.
“Hey, how was dinner?” Hayley asked.
“Very good.” Audra smiled. Zac had made her one of his dad’s famous pasta dishes. “What are you up to?”
“Just wrapping Christmas stuff.” Hayley waived her arms at all the wrapping paper around her.
“Hannah Montana? Really Hayley?” Audra laughed, pointing to the floor.
“Yeah, it’s for my sister.” Hayley laughed. Her youngest sister absolutely loved Hannah Montana. Audra reached for the doll.
“Oh my gosh!” Hayley grabbed Audra’s hand and stared at the ring around her finger.
“What is this?!” She grinned.
Audra smiled. “It’s an I-promise-to-marry-you-someday ring.” She laughed. “Zac just gave it to me.”
“Aww!” Hayley hugged her roommate. “That’s so cute!” Audra smiled and sat down.
“When do you guys start recording?” Audra asked.
“January some time.” Hayley said. “Josh bought a new camera to film everything. I think we’re gonna post a few update videos to the website so the fans can be in the loop.”
“Cool.” Audra yawned. “Sarah and Jeremy get married in March right?” Hayley nodded. She still couldn’t believe Jeremy was getting married. And now Zac had promised to marry Audra. Sure, the promise didn’t make it official, but still… Everyone around her, herself included, was growing up and quickly becoming adults. It was crazy, but good.

heh heh. yeah...
We're (sorta) nearing the final few chapters! :O
I think there are about 10ish to go, assuming I don't decide to throw anything out... Update Thursday :)

Made For Each Other Ch. 17 pt. 2

Here's part 2. :) Sorry so short!!

Recap:
“Whoa!” Jeremy said as he tripped.
“Your shoe is untied.” Sarah said, noticing his loose lace.
“Whoops. Hold on a sec.” He knelt down to tie it.

Hayley grinned, that was her cue.
“Mm Sarah! You’ve got to try this cake.” She said.
“What cake?” Sarah turned back to the table. “Hah I totally didn’t see them bring this…” her voice trailed off as she studied the small cake in front of her; there was something sparkly propped up on it. “Out.” She finished her sentence and looked up. Hayley, Josh, Taylor, Zac and Audra were all grinning at her.
“Oh my gosh!” She said, raising a hand to her mouth. She turned back to Jeremy who was still kneeling on the ground.
“Sarah,” Jeremy took her hand, “You mean everything to me. I don’t know what I would do without you.” He said quietly. A tear ran down Sarah’s cheek and she bit her lip. “I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you.” Jeremy paused. He took a deep breath.
“Will you marry me?” He asked. Sarah’s head nodded before he even finished asking.
“Yes!” She cried and hugged him. “Yes.” She repeated quietly. Jeremy kissed her gently on the lips and hugged her back.
“Hey, don’t cry. I'm not that bad.” He joked when Sarah backed away to wipe tears from her eyes. Sarah let out a short laugh before taking her seat again.
“Lets get this,” Jeremy pulled the ring off the top of Sarah’s cake and cleaned it up with a napkin, “on your finger.” He took her left hand and slid the ring on her finger. It was a perfect fit. There was a tiny sniffle to Sarah’s right and she turned to see Hayley crying in happiness.
“Hayley!” Sarah hugged her quickly.
“You two are so cute!” Hayley said, hugging back. “I’m so happy for you.” Sarah grinned. She was officially engaged to the man of her dreams.
“Wait.” Sarah pulled away and faced everyone. “There is no record guy is there?” Everyone laughed and Jeremy shook his head.
“Sorry I had to lie.” He put his arm around her. “But I think, given the situation, it was permitted.” Sarah smiled and nodded in agreement.
“Then who called Josh?” She asked, referring to the phone call he’d received moments ago.
“My mom.” Josh laughed. “She wanted to know how it went.”
“So you all knew.” She asked the table in general. Everyone nodded.
“Jerm called me about a week ago to help pick out the ring.” Hayley admitted. “He pretty much had it picked out already though, I was just there to help him choose from the final two and to help with ring size.” Sarah glanced down at the ring.
“It’s beautiful.” She smiled, kissing Jeremy’s cheek and resting her head on his shoulder.
“Oh my gosh I’m engaged.” Jeremy smiled. Everyone laughed and Sarah hugged him tightly. “To the most beautiful woman ever.” He added, kissing Sarah sweetly.

Awwww! :D Ok back to Josh and Hayley now. :) Update Tuesday.

Made For Each Other Ch. 17 pt. 1

Early update! I wasn't planning on updating until tomorrow, but parawhorextoxthexmax asked nicely. :D haha.

The first few weeks of Hayley and Josh’s relationship were a bit rocky, but once Josh realized that everyone in the band was genuinely ok and happy with the fact that two members were dating, things got better. Hayley was beginning to spend most of her days at Josh and Zac’s apartment, though she always returned to her apartment when it was time for bed. When she was at the Farro apartment, she could always be found either listening to Josh mess around in the recording studio or sitting in front of the window in the living room writing.
On one of the rare days she was at her apartment, she got a phone call from Jeremy.
“Hey Jerm. What’s up?” She answered the phone.
“Not much, can you meet me downtown, like now.” He asked hurriedly.
“Sure why?” Hayley asked.
“I’ll explain later, we don’t have a lot of time.” He said hanging up the phone. Hayley shrugged and grabbed her coat.
“I'm gonna go meet Jeremy.” Hayley informed Audra.
“Ok, see you.” Audra said, concentrating on her homework in their living room.

Hayley pulled in to Ajax’s driveway and hurried to the door. Zac and Josh were over, along with a few other people watching a football game.
She opened the door quietly, trying not to interrupt and spotted Josh in a chair, back to her. She looked quickly for Zac but didn’t see him.
“Josh.” Hayley snuck up behind him and tapped his shoulder. He turned.
“Hey!” He said, a few people looked up, but most concentrated on the game.
“GO! GO! GO!!” Ajax and a few others shouted at the screen. Josh stood up and followed Hayley to the back of the room.
“Guess what?!” She said excitedly.
“Hm?” Josh asked. Hayley stood on her tiptoes and whispered into Josh’s ear.
“No way!” Josh grinned. Hayley nodded. “Dude!” He yelled earning a few puzzled looks from half of the room. Zac, who had been sitting on the floor, out of view, heard Josh and walked over to see what was going on. Hayley whispered in his ear as well.
“Yes!” Zac jumped into the air. “Sorry.” He added as the entire room turned to look at the three.
“Come on, Jeremy and Taylor are outside waiting.” Hayley dragged the two out.
“Hey!” Josh said when he saw the two. “Dude! This is awesome.”
“I know.” Jeremy laughed. “Ok so here’s what’s gonna happen.” Jeremy said as everyone huddled around him.

A week later, Jeremy was preparing to meet the rest of the band at a fancy restaurant for a meeting with a big record executive. The record guy had said everyone was welcome to bring significant others, so he was dragging Sarah along with him.
“You look nice.” Sarah smiled.
“You look amazing.” Jeremy replied, placing his hands on her waist and pressing his forehead against hers. He was wearing dress pants and a button up shirt, covered by a nice vest, one of Sarah’s favorite outfits. She was wearing a new scoop-neck dark red dress that stopped at her knees.
“I love you.” He whispered.
“I love you too.” She smiled, kissing him lightly. “But I have to finish my make-up so scat!” She scooted him out of the bathroom laughing.

They arrived at the restaurant a bit late but quickly found their table.
“Hey.” Josh greeted. “The record guy just called, his plane is late and he said to start without him.”
“Oh, ok.” Jeremy shrugged. He pulled out a chair for Sarah and then sat next to her.
“Wow, I love your dress!” Hayley smiled at Sarah.
“Thanks!” Sarah smiled. “Where’d you get yours? It looks great on you.” Hayley smiled and continued chatting with Sarah.
The group ordered their food and were nearly done eating when Sarah noticed the record guy still hadn’t shown up.
“Eh he can join us for desert.” Zac said when Sarah voiced her concern. As if on cue, Josh’s phone rang. He quickly excused himself and answered it.
“He’s on his way.” Josh said, returning to the table a few moments later.
“I’ll be right back.” Jeremy excused himself and headed for the bathroom. He returned moments later, winking at Josh.
“Whoa!” He said as he tripped. The waiter came over and placed the deserts on the table as Sarah turned to see if her boyfriend was ok.
“Your shoe is untied.” Sarah said, noticing his loose lace.
“Whoops. Hold on a sec.” He knelt down to tie it.
“Mm Sarah! You’ve got to try this cake.” Hayley said, sticking a forkful into her mouth.
“What cake?” Sarah turned back to the table. “Hah I totally didn’t see them bring this…” her voice trailed off as she studied the small cake in front of her. “out…” She finished her sentence.

Mwah ha ha. One more (incredibly short) chapter of Jeremy/Sarah and then it's back to Josh and Hayles.
haha I just re-read this and it is sooo seemingly random... it will all make sense eventually, I promise.

Made For Each Other Ch. 16

“Beach partaaay!” Taylor and Zac sang as everyone piled out or their cars. It was mid-September now. Most of the band’s friends had headed back to college but Audra and Taylor’s girlfriend, managed to meet up with everyone to head to the beach on one unusually hot Saturday afternoon.
“And I thought beach days were done for the year.” Hayley smiled. “Silly me.” She and Audra began setting up their newly claimed patch of beach. There weren’t too many people there yet so it was nice and quiet. Once everything had been unloaded, Zac picked Audra up and ran toward the lake.
“ZACHARY WAYNE!” Audra hollered. “PUT ME DOWN!”.
“Go Zac!” Jeremy rooted. Sarah punched him lightly in the chest. Taylor followed quickly after Zac, dragging his girlfriend along.
“Come on Hayley.” Sarah grabbed Hayley’s hand and dragged her toward a few towels spread along the beach. “Tanning time!” Hayley laughed and pulled off her shirt revealing her bathing suit. Josh cleared his throat and looked away from Hayley. She was wearing the same blue striped suit she’d worn at their spring break performance for MTV a while back. And she was looking good.
“I don’t get you.” Jeremy sighed.
“What?” Josh asked.
“You obviously like her.” Jeremy said. “Why not go for it?” Josh opened his mouth to protest.
“Josh,” Jeremy cut him off, “seriously.” He said.
“I don’t know.” Josh sighed. “It would be too hard. Don’t try to tell me it wouldn’t be. There’s so much media around now, and it will definitely impact the band, there’s no way it wouldn’t.”
“It may not impact the band in a bad way.” Jeremy pointed out.
“Yeah, but if we do get together and break up, I don’t know if I’d be able to handle it.” Josh admitted. “Right now, Paramore is more important to me than a relationship that could possibly end it all.” Jeremy frowned. He couldn’t really argue with that.
“Like you said, Paramore won’t be around forever, if I still like her then, maybe then we’ll get together.” Josh added.
“By then it will be too late.” Jeremy said. “Just think about it.” He advised.

Hayley, Sarah, Audra and Taylor’s girlfriend were splashing around in the water while the boys worked on a sand castle.
“We need a stick.” Zac said as he molded a tower of wet sand.
“I’m on it!” Josh hopped up and looked around for a small stick, spotting one a few yards away. He jogged over and picked it up.
“Excuse me.” A small voice came from behind him.
“Yeah?” He turned and came face to face with a girl in a bikini.
“You’re Josh Farro.” The girl said timidly. Josh smiled.
“Yeah.” He said. He looked toward the lake, smiling as he watched Hayley’s head disappear under the water.
“Um, can I get you to sign this?” The fan asked, holding out a piece of paper.
“Sure.” Josh said, not taking his eyes off Hayley. Her wet hair now clung to her head and face as she reemerged from under the water. Suddenly all he could think about was the last time he’d seen Hayley wet. He cleared his throat and quickly signed the paper, feeling blood rush to places it shouldn’t be going.
“Thank you!” The fan said shyly. Josh noticed a camera strap around her arm.
“Did you want a picture?” He asked. The girl grinned and nodded her head excitedly. Josh held out his hand for the camera, pushed all thoughts of Hayley aside and snapped a photo.
“Eh, I look weird.” Josh said handing the camera back after reviewing the photo.
“You look fine!” The fan assured. “I’m the one who looks funny.” Josh smiled politely.
“Ok well I should head back.” Josh nodded toward the guys. “Zac’s waiting for this.” He held the stick up.
“Oh, ok, see you later.” She smiled. “And thanks again.”
“No problem.” Josh jogged back to the group, willing his brain to stop picturing Hayley in his shower.
“Crazy fan?” Zac asked when Josh returned.
“No, she was nice.” Josh sat down; pulling his knees to his chest in an attempt to hide is ever-growing ‘problem’.
The sun beat down on his back relentlessly; it was far too hot for September. He felt a bead of sweat roll down the side of his face and he groaned in frustration, hot and horny was not a good combination.

“So you and Josh made up?” Audra asked. Hayley nodded.
“Did you see his face when she took off her shirt?!” Sarah laughed.
“What?!” Audra asked.
“I had my bathing suit underneath.” Hayley said quickly.
“Oh, I was gonna say…” Audra laughed.
“His eyes bugged out of his head!” Sarah continued.
“They did not!” Hayley said. “We’ve agreed to stay friends. It’s too weird to be dating.”
Sarah rolled her eyes. “They bugged out!” Sarah mouthed to Audra, making her eyes go wide in imitation.
“Shut up!” Hayley laughed, catching a glimpse of what Sarah was doing out of the corner of her eyes.
“Speak of the devil…” Taylor’s girlfriend said quietly. Hayley heard a splash behind her. She turned to see Josh resurface a few feet away from her.
“Hey! How goes the castle?” She smiled, wringing excess water from her hair.
“It’s pretty lame actually.” Josh laughed. He swam over to where the girls were and stood. Hayley walked toward him, losing her footing on the soft sand beneath her. Josh stuck an arm out to catch her, losing his footing in the process. Both ended up going underwater, arms tangled together. Hayley laughed when she resurfaced and untangled herself from him.
“Can I talk to you a sec?” Josh asked. He spoke without thinking but guided her out of the water when she nodded yes. Sarah winked at Hayley when she passed, causing Hayley to shake her head and laugh under her breath. Josh grabbed two towels as they passed their beach site and handed one to Hayley.
“Come on.” He led her to the parking lot.
“What do you want to talk about?” Hayley asked as they reached his car.
“Um…” Josh began. “I don’t know, I kinda just asked.” Hayley raised an eyebrow. “I haven’t really thought this through yet.” He admitted. Hayley took a step closer.
“Josh?” She asked. He refused to look at her. “What’s up?” Josh finally looked up. She was so close… without thinking, he darted forward and kissed her. She immediately wrapped her hands around his waist and kissed back.
“I like you.” Josh said breathlessly.
“I like you too.” Hayley smiled. “I think that’s a bit obvious.” Josh smiled. He bent down and kissed her again lightly.
“Josh? Hayley?” Taylor called.
“What?” Josh groaned. Taylor jogged over to them.
“Looks like that fan is getting ready to leave, I didn’t think you’d want her to catch you two mackin.” Taylor grinned.
“Who says we were mackin?” Hayley protested.
“Oh please!” Taylor laughed. “Josh has been going crazy ever since you jumped in the lake.” Hayley looked at Josh and laughed.
“You noticed…” Josh muttered.
“I think everyone did buddy.” Taylor said. Josh put his arm around Hayley and kissed the side of her head.
“YES!” Taylor jumped in the air. “Finally! Don’t mess it up this time.” He smiled.
“We won’t.” Hayley laughed.
“We still have to talk about this…” Josh said.
“Later.” Hayley smiled. “Let’s just have fun today.” Josh smiled and nodded in agreement.

Josh smiled at Hayley as he drove back from the beach. Her head was pressed against the window and she was sleeping soundly. It was nearly eleven in the evening now. The group had cooked up some barbeque for dinner and watched the sun set before heading on the long ride home. Josh pulled into his parking lot, letting Zac out of the car.
“I’m gonna take Hayley and Audra home, I’ll be back soon.” Josh whispered to his brother. Zac nodded in understanding and got out of the car.
“Come on Aud.” Zac held out a hand for Audra.
“Hmm?” She said sleepily.
“You’re staying with me tonight.” Zac informed.
“Ok.” She took his hand and got out of the car. Normally she would have put up a bit of a fight before giving in, but she was far too tired. Josh smiled, waived goodbye and backed out of the parking spot.
“Hayley.” Josh said quietly when they reached her apartment. He reached over and gently tucked a piece of hair behind her ear. She shifted in her sleep before opening her eyes.
“Come on Hayley, were home.” Josh smiled as she looked around figuring out where she was. He helped her out of the car and up the stairs and waited for her to change into her pajamas before tucking her in to bed.
“Stay with me a while.” Hayley yawned. Josh smiled. He kicked off his shoes and climbed into bed. He held her close, kissing her forehead from time to time until she drifted off to sleep.
Once he was sure she was asleep, he began to untangle himself from her so he could get home. She mumbled something in her sleep and buried her head deeper into his chest. He smiled, realizing he was going to have to stay at there for the night and wrapped an arm around her waist.

Longer to make up for last chapter. :)
Ok, serious question! : Y/N Would you be opposed to me adding a chapter (maybe a chapter and a half) focusing on Jeremy/Sarah? I promise it would be cute if I do add it in. :) Please let me know what you think!!! Thanks!

Made For Each Other Chapter 15 part 2

Here's part 2. Sorry so short!!!

Late that night, Hayley awoke from a dream crying. She had dreamt that Josh had died while they were still fighting and she hadn’t had a chance to say goodbye. She looked at the clock. It was just after three in the morning. She was sure Josh was sleeping, but she didn’t care.
We need to talk. She texted him. After five minutes of no reply, she sighed and gave up. Seconds later, her phone buzzed, letting her know she had a text.
Yeah… was all it said.
Call me? Hayley sent back. She got no reply again. Twenty minutes later, just as she was about to fall back asleep, Hayley heard a quiet knock at her bedroom door.
“What Aud?” She said, assuming it was Audra. The door opened.
“Josh!” She gasped. “How did you…” Josh held up a key she’d given him when she first moved in to the apartment.
“Right.” Hayley bit her lip. Now that he was here, she didn’t know what to say. Both sat in silence for what seemed like forever.
“I’m sorry.” They both said at once.
“Me too.” They said together again.
“I'm sorry about the Chad thing.” Hayley said. “Although, it was all him! I swear.” She laughed.
“I know, he talked to me a little while ago.” Josh admitted. “Sorry I…overreacted a little.” He said. Hayley rolled her eyes. “Ok, a lot.” Josh laughed. “And sorry about Amy…that was the most retarded think I think I’ve ever done.”
“What about the time you tried to fit an entire Twinkie in your mouth?” Hayley asked. Josh laughed loudly. “Or the time you mooned someone at lunch and got detention?” She continued.
“Ok, ok, I’ve done many stupid things.” He laughed. “Friends again?” He asked. Hayley nodded. He stuck out his hand for her to shake but she ignored it, hugging him instead.
“I thought I lost you.” Hayley admitted, feeling a single tear run down her cheek.
“Never.” Josh whispered. He stroked her hair. “I really should be going though.” He looked at Hayley’s clock. It was nearly 4:30. Hayley lifted her covers up.
“For old time’s sake?” She asked, wondering if he wanted to stay the night. Josh hesitated.
“I don’t think that’s a good idea.” He said. He knew if he did stay, he would kiss her. And he had decided before coming over that his relationship with Hayley would be strictly platonic from that day on. Hayley nodded in understanding.
“See you tomorrow?” She asked.
“Definitely.” Josh smiled.
“Lock up on your way out!” Hayley called after Josh as he left the apartment.

Again, sorry so short!!
Longer chapter Thursday! :)

Made For Each Other Ch. 15 Part 1

This is going up in two parts. :)
Enjoy

The day after the party, Josh lounged around the apartment refusing to do anything. He just sat on the couch, plunking out music on his guitar.
"Josh, someone's here for you." Zac said as he answered the door. Josh sighed and made his way to the door. He raised an eyebrow when he saw Chad in the doorway and promptly closed the door in his face.
"Josh!" Zac scolded. "What the hell dude!" He ran over to the door.
"No Zac!" Josh ordered.
"Let him talk." Zac demanded, opening the door. "Sorry." Zac said to Chad.
"S'ok, I deserved it." Chad shrugged. "To be honest, I expected a fist."
"The day's still young." Josh muttered.
"Hey, I know you don't want to talk to me right now but please hear me out." Chad began. "I do not like Hayley. We are just friends. I saw her at the party, we hugged and in a momentary lapse of brain function, I kissed her." Josh cringed slightly. "Old habits die hard I guess." He added. Josh snorted.
"Listen, I don't like her, she doesn't like me." Chad assured. "In all honesty, after the...incident, when Jeremy told me you two had finally kissed, I got so excited. I think you two make a much better couple than she and I ever did." Josh kept his eyes focused on the ground.
"Hey! Look at me." Chad said. Josh looked up. "I'm sorry." He apologized. Josh sighed.
"Yeah ok." He said quietly. Chad held out his hand, Josh took it and they shook.
"Thank the lord!" Zac said from behind Josh. "Now go find Hayley."
"No." Josh turned and sat on the couch.
"Josh…" Zac whined. "Come on!"
"No!" Josh said, walking into his room and slamming the door.

Over the next week, Josh and Hayley barely spoke two words to each other. Hayley had asked Audra to move in since Bekkah had moved out a while back when she got married. She was almost the same happy Hayley she'd once been. But something was obviously missing.
Friday afternoon, Hayley pulled into the warehouse parking lot where band practice was held. They had arranged a practice to work on some new songs and this would be the first time she'd be forced to be in a room with Josh since The Night. And to top it all off, she was late.
She hurried in the door, hearing the guys already playing away. Jeremy caught her eye and gave her an apologetic look. She cocked her head to the side, confused until her eyes landed on her... Amy.
Amy was sitting on a chair, bobbing her head out of rhythm with the music. Anger flooded through Hayley's veins. How dare he!?
"Hey Hayley." Zac said quietly as the music cut. Hayley nodded curtly.
“What is she doing here?” Hayley asked as Josh shuffled to one side of the room out of earshot.
“On-again.” Taylor said miserably, informing that Josh was apparently dating her again. Hayley scowled and grabbed her mic. She began singing along as the music started back up. Over the next half hour, she watched Amy wink at Josh every now and again and after each song, Amy would run up and kiss Josh on the cheek.
"I need air." Hayley threw her mic to the ground and stormed out. Once outside, she turned the corner and sat heavily with her back against the brick wall of the building. Moments later, she heard someone coming her way.
"Hey!" Amy said cheerily. She took out a cigarette and lit up.
"You smoke now?" Hayley said in disbelief. Amy nodded.
"Does Josh know?" She asked. Amy shrugged.
“Dunno,” She exhaled and smoke poured out of her nose. “I just called him today to see if he wanted to do something and he invited me here.” Hayley frowned and headed back inside. Moments later, Amy rejoined the group and headed for Josh.
“What? Don’t you want to kiss me?” Hayley heard Amy say.
“You know what?” Hayley said quickly. “I'm gonna go write. You guys can practice without me.” She said and, once again, headed for the door.
“Kiss me already!” Amy whined.
“Uh…” Josh stammered. Hayley walked faster toward the exit and smirked as she heard Josh cough and splutter.
“Hayley, wait up.” Zac said, jogging to catch up to her.
“Yeah?” She turned, forcing a smile.
“You alright?” Zac asked.
“I’m fine.” She sat with her back against the outside wall. “There’s not much point of me being in there if there are no lyrics for the songs yet.” She motioned to her notebook and pen.
“Josh is such an ass, I don’t know what he was thinking.” Zac said.
“It’s ok.” Hayley smiled fakely.
“No, you two belong together.” Zac said. Hayley raised an eyebrow. After a few seconds silence, Zac laughed.
“What?” Hayley asked.
“Eww, you saw Josh naked.” He laughed. Hayley groaned.
“Don’t remind me!” She said.
“Give him time, he’ll come around.” Zac said.
“Nah, dating within a band never works.” Hayley repeated her trusty line.
“You two could prove that wrong.” Zac tried. “Seriously!” He smiled. Hayley rested her head on her knees and looked sideways at him.
“You’re always so optimistic.” She smiled. “It’s cute.” She ruffled his hair. Zac batted her hand away, making both laugh. Hayley jumped as she heard the door to the warehouse bang open. She and Zac watched wide-eyed as Amy angrily got in her car and peeled out of the parking lot.

Meanwhile:
“You know what?” Hayley said tersely. “I'm gonna go write. You guys can practice without me.”
“Kiss me already!” Amy whined to Josh.
“Uh…” Josh stammered. He didn’t really want to kiss her; he didn’t even know why he had brought her along. Amy leaned forward and captured Josh’s lips in a rough kiss. Josh felt nothing. He pulled back coughing.
“Oh my gosh!” He painted after recovering from his coughing fit. “Since when do you smoke?” He gagged.
“Sorry Joshie.” She smiled, putting her arm around his waist.
“No.” Josh shook his head.
“What?” She asked innocently.
“This isn’t working.” Josh said, backing away from her.
“Oh come on!” Amy said. “I know what a guy needs.” She said, trying to look seductive.
“That’s disgusting!” Josh replied. “No, we’re done.”
“Fuck you Farro.” Amy spat. She fled for the exit and Josh heard her tires squeal in the parking lot.
“I’m outta here.” Josh said angrily, yanking the guitar cable from his amp. “Fuck!” He screamed as the cable broke. Jeremy backed away, he had never seen Josh this angry, he was normally such a mellow person.
“What’s going on?” Zac asked as he and Hayley walked into the room.
“Practice is over.” Taylor said quietly. Everyone watched Josh shove his guitar roughly into its case and head for the door.
“What happened?” Zac said as soon as Josh left.
“Off-again!” Taylor said with a smile as he did a little happy dance.
“I think that was the fastest Amy relationship yet.” Jeremy laughed. Hayley frowned. Things needed to be fixed, the tension between she and Josh was getting ridiculous.

Hopefully part two will be up tonight. (Part 2 is really short. I would have added it all to one chapter but I don't want to give it all away just yet. :) But the second part is really too short to be its own chapter so yeah...)
Sorry it's boring right now, things will pick up soon. ;)

Made For Each Other Ch. 14

Here it is. Enjoy!

“She gone?” Zac asked seconds after Hayley left.
“Yeah.” Josh sat back on the couch with his guitar.
“Dude!” Zac grinned broadly. “When? Why? HOW!” He rambled excitedly.
“What are you on about?” Josh said, completely confused.
“You and Hayley!” Zac said, bouncing on his heels. “Ewwwwwww you saw each other naked!” He covered his eyes, trying to get rid of the mental image. Josh’s face paled and his eyes went wide.
“Uh what?” He panicked.
“Oh come on!” Zac rolled his eyes. “You freaked when I came in the bathroom, and don’t think I didn’t see her bra on the floor the second time I came in. Sorry about that by the way.” Zac said quickly.
“I…uh…” Josh stammered, face steadily getting redder. Zac was definitely a lot smarter than anyone gave him credit for, he should have known Zac would find out.
“WAIT!” Zac’s eyes went wide. “You dirty little hypocrite!” He grinned.
“What?” Josh asked, face still bright red.
“You freaked when Audra was in the bathroom with me, and she wasn’t even in the shower with me!” Zac grinned. “Now you go and do the same thing.”
“Shut up.” Josh muttered.
“Dude! What happened?” Zac asked. “You two didn’t…you know. Did you?”
“No!” Josh said quickly. “Just kissing.” Zac waited expectantly for the rest of the story. Josh sighed and recounted his morning, leaving out a few choice details, like how amazing Hayley looked…

“Hello?” Jeremy said, answering Sarah’s phone. He and Sarah were finishing up dishes in his apartment.
“Hey Hayley.” He smiled into the receiver. “No you have the right number, I was closer to her phone than she was, hold on a sec.” He turned to Sarah, wrapping his arms around her waist.
“Hayley’s on the phone for ya.” He handed over the phone, kissing her quickly. She smiled and kissed his cheek before raising the phone to her ear.
“Hey babe.” She said. “No, Jeremy’s in the room with me. Hold on.” She walked toward their bedroom and locked herself in. Jeremy raised an eyebrow but continued to wash up.
“NO WAY!” He heard Sarah say excitedly. “Seriously?” Jeremy strained to hear more but Sarah must have walked further into the room, because he couldn’t make out what she was saying anymore.

“Hey!” Taylor said as he spotted Jeremy. Jeremy nodded at him and made his way through the crowded room toward his band mates. Ajax’s house was filled with people, some Jeremy did know and many he did not.
“What’s up?” Josh asked when Jeremy reached the group.
“Not a whole lot.” Jeremy raised his voice to be heard over the loud music. “What’s up with you? You’re overly happy.” He asked. Josh grinned.
“Nothing.” Josh replied. “Just happy.” He smiled again as his eyes locked on Hayley who was walking across the room toward Audra.
“Oh my gosh!” Taylor gasped when he saw what Josh was smiling at. “Finally!”
“What?” Josh said quickly. “No!”
“Yes!” Taylor grinned.
“What?” Jeremy asked. Taylor pointed to Hayley.
“Finally!” Jeremy grinned. Josh shook his head no.
“Yeah.” Zac smiled.
“Shut up Zac.” Josh mumbled.
“That’s what Sarah was so excited about!” Jeremy laughed.
“What?” Josh asked.
“Hayley called Sarah and Sarah got really excited about something. They talked for like an hour and a half.” Jeremy explained. “She wouldn’t say about what though. And she said you’d probably tell me anyway. What happened?!” He asked.
“Not much.” Josh said. “Just kissed her.” He really didn’t feel like saying anything other than that. The rest was private. Luckily Zac kept quiet about the showering thing.
“Oh.” Jeremy said biting his lip slightly.
“What?” Josh turned to see what he was looking at. Chad had just arrived and was hugging Hayley. Josh shrugged, it was no big deal, they were just friends now. He watched as Chad pulled back and kissed Hayley…on the lips.
“What the fuck!” Josh said, outraged.
“Josh.” Zac said, trying to calm his brother down.
“Shut up.”  Josh fumed. Zac reached out and put his hand on Josh’s shoulder.
“Get off!” Josh spat, shoving Zac’s hand away, attracting the attention of a few partiers. Josh turned on his heel and headed for the door, letting it slam behind him.

“Chad?” Hayley said, spotting her ex near one wall of the room.
“Hayley!” Chad turned and smiled. “Hey girly.”
“What are you doing here?” She asked.
“I was in the neighborhood.” He smiled. “We had a show in Nashville.” He explained. Hayley stepped forward and hugged him. When she pulled back, he bent down and kissed her gently. She jumped back immediately, eyes wide.
“Shit, sorry.” Chad went red. “Habit.”
“Its ok.” Hayley laughed it off and they chatted for a bit.
“Whoa what’s up with Josh?” Chad asked as he saw Josh push Zac’s hand off his shoulder. Hayley turned in time to see Josh flee the room and heard the bang of a door.
“I don’t know…” Hayley said. She watched Zac run after Josh as Jeremy made his way toward the two.
“Josh saw you.” Jeremy yelled over the noise, as he got closer to Hayley and Chad.
“What?” Chad said, confused.
“Shit!” Hayley ran for the door, leaving Jeremy to explain.

“Josh?” Hayley yelled as she ran outside. The few people outside turned to look at her. “Josh!” She spotted him and Zac near the end of the driveway.
“Josh, let me explain.” Hayley begged as she caught up. Zac hung back to give them some space.
“Go away.” Josh spat and walked down the street quickly.
“It was an accident!” Hayley cried, jogging to keep up with him.
“Oh your lips accidentally bumped into his?” Josh turned angrily to face her.
“Josh!” Hayley said as Josh began walking down the street again. “He kissed me out of habit. It meant nothing.”
“Save it.” Josh seethed. “I don’t care. I never did.” He watched her eyes fill with pain.
Hayley felt an odd wrench in her chest.
“Josh.” She whispered pleadingly.
“Just leave me alone.” He yelled and continued down the street. Hayley didn’t follow this time. Instead, she folded her arms across her stomach and walked back to the party.
"I'm sorry. I'll talk to him." Zac said as she walked by him.
"Don't bother." Hayley whispered. "It's not worth it." Zac tried to hug her but she pushed away.
"I'm ok." She forced a smile. "I promise." Zac studied her face and hugged her anyway.
"I'm gonna go find him." He announced before jogging after Josh.
"Hayley!" Sarah called running toward her, Audra not far behind.
"What happened?" Audra asked.
"Nothing." Hayley sighed. "Will you take me home Audra?" Audra nodded leading the way to her car.
"Are you ok hun?" Sarah asked. Hayley nodded. She was determined to keep her emotions under control.
"Just tired." She said. "And Josh is being an ass." Sarah smiled apologetically and hugged Hayley.
"Let's go." Hayley said, turning to Audra.

Hayley's eyes snapped open and she sat up straight in bed. She'd dreamt that the creepy men from Warped had kidnapped her. She grabbed her phone, heart still racing, and dialed Josh's number.
"Josh!" She said when he answered. There was no reply, just dead air. Hayley looked at her phone and saw 'call ended' flash across the screen. Suddenly Hayley remembered everything. Josh was mad at her. He'd hung up on her. She could no longer go to him when she needed support.
She felt a tear roll down her cheek and before long she was sobbing into her pillow.
"Hayley?" Audra's voice called from the living room. Hayley had forgotten that Audra had decided to spend the night. She wiped her eyes as Audra entered the room.
"Oh Hayley!" Audra said when she saw Hayley's face. She hurried over and hugged her tightly. Hayley began crying all over again. Audra began to feel tears in her own eyes, she couldn't stand seeing Hayley cry, she never cried, she was always the strong one.
"I lost him." Hayley gasped. "I lost my Josh, my best friend."

Aww.
Thanks again to everyone who commented on the last chapter! Y'all rock. :)

Made For Each Other Ch. 13

Update, yay. These updates are going a looooot faster than I thought they would...
Just a warning, this chapter is on the PG-13 side of ratings... nothing graphic or anything, but just so you know. :)
Enjoy!

“I’m gonna die.” Josh said.
“I already did.” Hayley sighed. The two had spent the morning downtown and, in nearly 90-degree heat, decided it was a good idea to walk back home.
“I’m all nasty and sweaty!” Hayley complained.
“Whose apartment?” Josh asked, wiping sweat off his forehead with the back of his hand.
“Yours.” Hayley said quickly. “It’s closer.” She panted. “Plus, I haven’t seen it all set up yet.”
“Ok. Mine it is.” Josh changed direction and headed to his apartment.
“Zac?” He called as they walked through the door. “Hmm he must be out.” Josh threw his keys on the kitchen counter.
“Air conditioning!” Hayley squealed as she flopped onto the couch.
“Hey! Don’t get your sweat all over my nice couch!” Josh joked.
“Can I use your shower?” Hayley asked, sitting up. Josh laughed and sat on the chair across from here. “Seriously!” She said.
“Oh,” Josh said, “Uh yeah, sure.” He stood and led her into his bedroom. Hayley let out a small laugh.
“I see you finally got the beds together.” She noted. Josh nodded. “Ugh, I’m so tired after that walk.” She let herself fall onto the bed. Josh hopped on and collapsed beside her. After a few moments, Hayley sat up and looked around the room.
“Nice underwear.” She laughed. Josh sat up and looked down at the floor.
“Nothing you haven’t seen before.” He shrugged, kicking the underwear into a pile of clothes sitting in one corner of the room. Hayley raised an eyebrow.
“I mean…” Josh stammered after realizing what he’d said. Hayley laughed.
“I know what you meant.” She smiled. She continued looking around the room before letting her eyes settle on the picture frame she’d given Josh, sitting on his bedside table. She reached for it, curious to see which picture he’d chosen to put in it. She frowned when she saw it wasn’t a picture she recognized, it definitely wasn’t one she’d given him.
It was a picture of her. She wasn’t looking exactly at the camera lens, rather at the person taking the photo. She had a genuine smile on her face, possibly laughing at something the photographer had said. Even she had to admit, she looked…pretty in the photo.
She tried to remember where the picture was taken and smiled when she remembered. Josh had taken it. He had said something that made her happy, though she couldn’t remember what, and he had snapped the photo.
Josh quickly snatched the frame away from Hayley and set it face down on the bed.
“Uh…” He bit his lip. Hayley looked up, surprised. Why did he have a photo of her on his bedside table? Surely it was because he thought of her as a member of his family. A small voice in the back of her mind screamed that wasn’t true, that maybe, it was because he liked her.
“Josh?” Hayley asked.
“Um…” Josh tried frantically to come up with an excuse. He had completely forgotten that the photo was there. “It was just a good picture.” He finally spoke. “I’m going to buy some more frames for the photos you printed and put them out as well.” Hayley didn’t respond.
“How ‘bout that shower…” She said quietly.
“Right.” Josh stood up, Hayley close behind. Josh sighed.
“This is stupid.” He said, turning around. Hayley looked confused. “Yes, I have a picture of you in my bedroom. You’re my friend, practically my sister, except not cuz that would be weird. Why wouldn’t I have a picture of you?” He rambled.
“Hey, I didn’t say anything.” Hayley forced a smile; she felt an odd hurt inside he chest. He really did think of her as a friend. Josh stepped closer to her, putting an arm around her waist. Hayley looked up into his eyes, wondering what he was doing before squealing.
“Josh!” She giggled. “Josh no! Stop!” He ruthlessly tickled her. She fell backward onto the bed, pulling Josh down with her. Within seconds his lips were on hers. Hayley’s eyes went wide and she gasped.
After getting over the initial shock, she kissed back passionately, rolling over so she was on top of him. Josh’s eyes fluttered shut as she gently tugged at his lip ring with her teeth. His tongue quickly found it’s way into her mouth, causing both to lose their breath. His hands ran up and down her sides, occasionally grabbing at her hips and pulling her closer to him.
[A/N: This is where it gets a little more ‘PG-13’ nothing graphic or anything, just removal of clothing haha… just a warning. (: ]
Hayley began pulling at Josh’s shirt, and he sat up, allowing her to pull it over his head. She grinned as her hands finally got to roam along his toned stomach muscles and arms. Josh eased Hayley’s shirt over her head and pulled her close. She pulled at his belt and tugged it off. He pulled his pants off and threw them across the room. Hayley’s pants soon joining them.
“Haha.” Josh chuckled.
“What?” Hayley said, worried.
“Guitars.” Josh kissed her neck.
“What?” She repeated, confused.
“Your underwear has guitars on it.” Josh said between placing light, random kisses along her collarbone. Hayley laughed and pulled his head up to her face.
“Guitar players are hot.” She smirked. Josh raised an eyebrow and grinned. She kissed him passionately on the lips, causing him to moan her name.
Finally, Josh broke their kiss, gasping for air. Hayley giggled looking at him. He looked so cute. She rested her head on his shoulder and wrinkled her nose as she realized he was still covered in a thin layer of sweat, which was now on her cheek.
“You still want that shower?” Josh asked jokingly as Hayley wrinkled her nose and wiped the sweat from her cheek. She stood, grabbed Josh’s hands and led him to the bathroom.
“Guess so.” He muttered. She turned on the tap and pulled back the shower curtain while Josh grabbed a towel for her.
“Where do you think you’re going?” Hayley asked as Josh prepared to leave the room. Josh’s eyes went wide. Hayley walked toward him, placing her tiny arms around his waist. She stood on her toes and kissed him slowly.

“Josh you in there?” Zac’s voice called from Josh’s bedroom.
“Obviously!” Josh yelled back before kissing Hayley.
“Ajax is having a party tonight.” Zac entered the bathroom.
“Dude!! What the hell!” Josh jumped away from Hayley.
“What?” Zac asked from the other side of the shower curtain.
“I’m trying to shower here!” Josh complained, signaling for Hayley to be quiet.
“So. I can talk to you.” Zac said, unfazed.
“Get out!” Josh demanded. Hayley stifled a giggle.
“Do you want to go to the party or not?” Zac asked. Josh opened his mouth to reply but all that came out was a silent moan as Hayley wrapped her arms around his waist.
“Josh?” Zac repeated.
“Get out!” Josh finally managed.
“Dude! What is your problem!?” Zac fought back. “I just wanna know if you’re going or not.”
“Sure whatever.” Josh spat. He sighed in relief when he heard the bathroom door shut behind Zac.
“You should lock the door.” Hayley said as Josh turned to face her.
“Be right back.” Josh hopped out of the shower and headed for the door.
“One more thing.” Zac popped his head back in the room.
“Zac!” Josh quickly grabbed a towel.
“Whoa! Sorry.” Zac made sure he didn’t look down. He froze for a moment, he could have sworn he saw an elbow in the gap of the shower curtain. He glanced back at Josh.
“What the hell do you want?” Josh demanded angrily.
“Just wanted to say I'm heading downtown for lunch. Do you want me to get you a sandwich or something?” Zac asked. “Why aren’t you in the shower?”
“Sure.” Josh said quickly. “I’m getting soap.” He thought quickly nodding toward the small closet in the bathroom. Zac backed out of the room slowly. Josh immediately closed the door and locked it.
“Sorry about that.” Josh sighed as he reentered the shower. Hayley was washing her hair.
“It’s ok. We really should get out anyway if he’s home.” She said, rinsing the last of the shampoo from her red hair.
“Yeah, the mood has officially been killed anyway.” Josh sighed. Hayley kissed his cheek.
“You ready for me to turn it off?” She reached for the tap.
“Let me wash up first.” Josh reached for his body wash. Hayley got out of the shower and grabbed a towel before attempting to find her clothes and pull them on. Josh came out of the shower, wrapping a towel around his waist, and headed for Hayley. She hugged him, smiling into his shoulder.
“I love the way you smell.” She inhaled his body wash. Josh chuckled.
“Alright, gotta find some clothes.” He headed for his bedroom.
[A/N #2 (sorry): I hope that wasn’t too graphic or anything. Sorry if it was. It ends here though.]

“Stay here for a few minutes, I’m gonna go see if Zac is still here.” Josh said. Hayley nodded and sat on the bed. A few seconds later, Josh returned.
“All clear.” Josh smiled.
“Cool.” Hayley stood, suddenly feeling very self-conscious. She followed Josh into the living room.
“You hung it up.” Hayley smiled as she saw the ‘Recording’ sign hung above the door to the in-home recording studio. The cord had been fed through the top of the doorframe so it could be turned on from inside the room.
“Of course I did.” Josh smiled. Hayley looked around the room and smiled as she saw the photos Sarah and Jeremy had given Josh and Zac on the walls.
“What do you want to do now?” Josh asked.
“I don’t know.” Hayley mumbled. She sat on the couch, cross-legged. Josh sat on the smaller couch across from her and picked up his acoustic guitar.
“Ugh!” Hayley said as she shut her eyes, raised her hand to her forehead and shook her head. “What just happened?” Josh frowned; she didn’t regret it did she? He certainly didn’t.
“I don’t know.” He mumbled, looking at the floor.
“Oh my gosh.” She let her head fall back onto the couch. She laughed, remembering the whole thing. “You have some serious muscles boy.” She giggled.
“I’ve worked hard for these!” He flexed his arm muscles. Hayley laughed again.
“Ok, seriously. We need to talk about this.” She said, she was worried that things had gone a bit too far. As if on cue, they heard Zac fumble with his keys to the lock, signaling his return.
“But apparently not right now.” Josh sighed. Hayley quickly pulled her hair into a ponytail so it didn’t look wet.
“I’m back.” Zac yelled as he entered the apartment.
“You don’t have to shout.” Josh pressed his hand to his ear.
“Sorry.” Zac shut the door. “Hey Hayley.”
“Yo.” Hayley smiled. “Just stopped by to see how the place is shaping up.” She informed. Zac paused for a moment. Josh panicked, wondering if Zac had figured it out. Zac shrugged and placed the sandwich he had bought for his brother on the kitchen counter.
“I’ll be in my room.” He announced. “Hayles, you’re coming to Ajax’s party right?”
“I guess.” She called back.
“Sweet.” Zac said, shutting his door behind him.
“I should go.” Hayley stood quickly and headed for the door.
“Alright.” Josh stood as well. “Do you want a ride?” He asked.
“No, I’ll walk. I need to do some thinking anyway.” She smiled. Josh frowned, that couldn’t be good. She reached up and gently kissed his cheek.
“See you at the party.” She smiled.
“See you.” Josh grinned.
“Bye Zac!” She yelled.
“See ya!” Zac called back.

They finally kissed!!! :D
